GoogleWe have nothing but praise for this lovely family run business. From the first call right through to completion everyone was very informal but remaining professional. They supported the fact that my mum the seller, wasn't able to understand some aspects of the sale process as this was the first time she had done this. Sylvia was lovely when she first came out to the bungalow and put my mums anxiety to rest as did the rest of the team during the prosess. Highly recommend Julie Renshaw

Google5* service from a 5* company! Ben and Sylvia got our house on the market, providing professional photos along with the impressive virtual tour. Michelle and Suzannah have been amazing throughout the promoting of our property, and Lorraine has kept us informed throughout the sale. Nothing is too much trouble! These guys treat you like family. Would highly recommend, wouldn’t go anywhere else!

GoogleI have had the pleasure of using The Property Hive over the last 12 months as I am selling a number of my portfolio properties. To date, the team at The Hive have sold 7 properties and achieved either asking price or very near to asking price on the majority of my sales. Previously some of the properties were for sale with an online agency and were just not selling. The team at The Property Hive are extremely proactive at marketing the property and once a buyer is found they are efficient at seeing the sale progress to a timely completion. One of my properties completed within 3 weeks of having the offer accepted. The team are dedicated and passionate about what they do and carry out their day to day job with enthusiasm and good humour. I have at last found an Agent that really cares!! I would not hesitate to recommend The Property Hive if you are a seller or a buyer and I look forward to selling more properties in the future with them.

GoogleI accepted an offer just before the pandemic hit so it's taken a few months longer than expected. However, throughout this process all the staff at the Hive have kept me informed and been exceptionally supportive, professional and nothing has been too much trouble for them. The online virtual tour of the property is very impressive. I used it myself several times! I certainly recommend the Hive to anyone wanting to sell a property. They are also very good value for money. Thank you all!

GoogleI had a valuation of my property this afternoon and I was most impressed by Sylvia's approach and manner. This company deserves to be very successful - they are interested in people and see good relationships as the basis for good business. I felt secure and that I could trust them and I would recommend them. When I come to sell my house I will go to them.

GoogleWe have moved many times but have never received the level of service that they guys at Property Hive give. From Sylvia doing the Valuations, to Ben doing a fabulous job of the 3D tour, to Michelle working on selling our bungalow to Lorraine dealing with keeping us up to date on the sale and of course the other behind the scene guys, this sale has been the least stressful ever. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is selling, that wants an estate agent that is just totally committed to selling your property and makes you feel that you are their only customer. Nothing is too much for them. Great Guys with a Great Company. I wish them all the best for the future, although, if they continue the way they are going, they won't need any luck. They really did take a personal interest in what was happening throughout the process and I knew I could rely on them to get things moving when needed and they kept me well informed. GoogleI can really recommend this agency! the best in Doncaster by far! June 2019 I put my house on the market with Purple Bricks, this was the worst mistake I have ever made. I had no end of hassle and stress from day 1, with incompetent staff and lack of communication. Due to this in November my sale fell through. Last week I put the property on sale with Hive, having purchased a property through them before and remembering how good they were, and after 1 week on the market the house has sold!!!! The team are truly amazing, friendly, helpful and efficient. The virtual tour they offer for their sales guide is brilliant. I want to say a really big thank you to the team for all your help and for making my life so less stressful than Purple Bricks. Once again thank you :)

GoogleNothing but positive feedback from me! We chose The Property Hive as they were local and responsive when we were first looking to sell. They really did seem to to know the area which helped as they knew the value of our property unlike other estate agents who massively undervalued it. It probably helped that we sold our house incredibly quickly, however this could well have been because of the wide reach and marketing provided by The Property Hive. The 360 view of the house is a great touch and definitely maximised the potential of the property we were selling. Great communication before and after we sold. Thanks all at The Property Hive, we absolutely recommend using this agent in order to sell your property!

GoogleMy son put his house on the market at a very difficult time, in the midst of the Covid-19 lockdown and was unsure about what to expect. The Property Hive were brilliant. Sylvia was so helpful, professional and reassuring. She organised the valuation, photographs and viewings to comply with lockdown rules and sold his house within two days of it going on the market. Any questions or problems we have had she has dealt with immediately and kept us In touch with what to do next. I am so impressed with the virtual tour that they offer on their website, it is really outstanding compared to many other estate agents. An all round good service. They are a step up from other agents in the area and offer a flat fee rather than % which makes a huge difference to all the costs of moving. The technology they use for advertising your property is fantastic and it feels like you are physically in the property and give you a complete tour of the house without having to be there. GoogleBen came and took my house photos and did a great job paying attention to detail and getting everything as I wanted. I had a lot of interest as soon as it went on the market and within half a day had a handful of offers going above asking price. Sylvia and Michelle have been great so far. Customer service is really good, you pay a bit more than some other estate agents but it's worth it for the great job they do.

GoogleWe recently requested a valuation on our property, from the first point of contact all staff were friendly and keen to get our appointment sorted as swiftly as possible. Prior to the visit we were contacted to confirm it was still ok to come, when Sylvia arrived we were given 1st class service, we were quite impressed about the 3d tour that's available as part of and included within the package and only available through Hive they will price match with any other agent also ,if we do decide to sell we would not hesitate to use the property Hive. GoogleExtremely simple and easy to use system to book a property valuation using the website. The lovely Sylvia arrived to complete the valuing of the property - her friendly and bubbly personality put me at ease instantly. Within the hour we complete the tour and I had agree to go ahead with property hive. The same day I have my 3d tour completed and brochure ready. The 3d viewing tool is brilliant - i have used it my self to view other properties and it honestly feels like you are in the house. This mean you get a great feel for the property. The service has been of an extremely high standards and I look forward to selling my property with them. The whole sale and purchasing process has been brilliant from putting house on the market to full completion. All the team at property hive very helpful and respond as quick as possible to any questions. I would highly recommend them as a service.

GoogleWhat can I say - My house was sold for the full asking price in one day. The virtual tour is brilliant being able to take a virtual walk around the house zooming into all corners and the interest in the property was amazing. From start to finish the service I got was really good, friendly and to me more importantly professional. I bought through Hive as well and the help I was given chasing solicitors was really good. I'm glad Lorraine was looking after my interests because she was following up with both the sale and purchase all the time and gave me regular updates and advice. I cannot thank Lorraine and the whole team enough for helping us downsize. I don't plan to move again but wouldn't hesitate in recommending Hive

GoogleI appointed the Property Hive as the Agents to sell a bungalow in Bessacarr because their business is local to Doncaster, I had seen several display boards and was very impressed with the representative I met prior to the bungalow going on the market. A fixed price contract was agreed. Through the journey to sale of the property and completion and due to the difficulties of 'lockdown' completion of the sale was delayed. However, the staff of Property Hive were always available, responsive, proactive and extremely professional.
