GoogleThe Property Hive were the estate agents that dealt with the first property my wife and I purchased. Every single member of the team I dealt with was friendly, helpful and efficient. When things were moving slowly with the solicitors, Lorraine, in particular, continued to try and push things forward, which made our lives so much easier. Every email I sent was responded to swiftly and I knew I could trust them to get on with things. Whilst they weren't technically instructed by us, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending then, based on our experience.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI would like thank The Property Hive for being fantastic throughout the sale of our property. They are great value and a pleasure to work with. From start to finish they were friendly and quick to respond to any questions we asked, and with it being our first house sale they held ours hands all the way through. The photos of our property were amazing and the description was lovely. We liked that they handled all the viewings on our behalf as we were often at work or had childcare to compensate for. Throughout the latter parts of the sale they kept us up to date at every stage and handled the liaison between our buyers, the Solicitors and us brilliantly. We couldn’t have ask for more from an Estate Agent. Thanks againPositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

FacebookWe had Mrs Mugglestone out last week to value our property, she valued it higher than what we expected which was fantastic! I have no doubt it will definitely sell with, she fetched with her great evidence what made her come up with the figure she did which shows me the knowledge and skills she has regards to real estate which is everything you want! Mrs Mugglestone is a fantastic lady very laid back and easy to deal with, would highly recommend the property hive!

FacebookWe’ve had such a great experience with Hive, after viewing many properties, losing out on quite a few too! We found them to be so helpful, especially when a property we’d previously missed out on came back on the market, they immediately called us & we are now very close to completing the sale. The communication has been brilliant to keep both sides informed throughout which, i feel, is key to reduce any stress during the process.

FacebookWe bought our home through The Property Hive a few years ago. The experience was seamless from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and the girls were on hand at all times. We’re now thinking of selling and we had no doubt about who we would call for advice and recommendations. Sylvia is really friendly (as we already knew) and gave an honest valuation on the spot. We’ll definitely be using The Property Hive when our home goes on the market. Customer service is key and they’ve nailed it 👍🏼🐝
