GoogleFIRST CLASS from start to finish.The marketing of the property was excellent the Video Tour that Ben did for online viewing was fantastic especially given the difficult times we are in.Suzannah kept us informed at all times with regular updates of the property and progress.If we had any queries the team were always very helpfull and obliging to resolve any issues very promptly. Hive have a very good professional team and that is down to Lorraine a BIG THANK YOU TO YOU ALL

GoogleDealt with Property Hive Bessacarr as a prospective buyer. Initially we viewed a property on Harcourt Close as we were listing our property for sale. We arranged a second appointment to view unfortunately a no show from the agent as the property was unoccupied, on our 3rd attempt we managed to view the property again however the PH man made it clear he had limited time and had to quickly depart to attend another viewing in a distant village in the same hour. The week our property sold we enquired whether the property was still available on the Monday, the agent told us not to worry as the property had no ‘real interest’ we called the following Friday to make our offer to be told the property had been sold mid week (days after our enquiry) and they decided not to inform us as the property was overpriced so it wasn’t worth Informing us. We drove to office to ensure our offer was made clear to the vendor but in our belief this should not have been necessary. We also enquired about a property listed on Thelaby Gardens but unfortunately no response from the property hive over a viewing, we purchased a property in Cantley with a different agent eventually. Poor.

They do go above and beyond to help in all matters and I would highly recommend them. Sold my property in only a couple of days and priced it perfectly.

GoogleA caring friendly team of individuals who ensure that the selling process is carried out with great efficiency. The 3D virtual tour on the Rightmove Website is an excellent feature of their sales technique enabling customers to view properties on line in greater detail. Regular updates are given during the selling process at every stage of the proceedings and staff are always available to deal with any queries which may arise. I would definitely recommend this agent to anyone wishing to market their property.

GoogleWe have just sold our house with property hive and bought another through another estate agent. With covid etc we hit a few speed bumps which lead to us nearly falling through on our new purchase. Lorraine looked after us and did all the chasing even on her days off! She saw it through until it was all sorted. Felt like she was my mate 😆 Thank you so much!
