GoogleMe and my partner was looking for a house to rent for sometime in the Doncaster area. But every single estate agent we called was either unhelpful or we never heard back from them, that was until we came across the property Hive. Everyone that we spoke to from Michelle at the very start who gave us information on the property to Steph who helped with the paperwork was incredibly helpful and polite along the way. I can't stress enough how Happy me and my partner are with renting our first house with hive. They truly are fantastic and so friendly and we can not recommended them enough!

GoogleMy wife and I have recently decided to sell our house, but I've also experienced Property Hive as a buyer. They are always friendly (but not in that false, overbearing way), professional and on-time to all appointments. Basically they know their stuff, set things out clearly for you and take a lot of the stress and hassle out of arranging viewings (both for you and with you). You just get the sense you could ask for advice and get valuable and accurate information and not a fob off/guess. Sylvia in particular comes across as the ultimate professional and definitely someone you would want in your corner whether buying or selling a property.

GoogleWe recently sold and bought properties Hive. I was so pleased with the photographs and video of my house. It showed it off perfectly which subsequently generated a lot of interest in my property. The Property Hive notified me quickly and efficiently of all the viewings and provided prompt feedback from potential buyers. In the meantime we were sent links of available properties for sale and The Property Hive always provided all the information we needed. I would particularly like to thank Michelle Nuttall for her expert negotiating skills with our vendor to get the deal we needed on a house we loved and are now living in. In short The Property Hive are experts in their field, all the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone has a role and carries it out efficiently and to the highest standard. The Property Hive supported us through a stressful time moving house, I would not have been without them. I would highly recommend them. If I ever move again I won't sell with anyone else but The Property Hive, with deepest thanks for everything!

GoogleThree years ago we decided to let our property through Property Hive and let them manage it for us. It was the best decision we could have made! They found great tenants, made sure that work was carried out if needed, using their trusted tradespeople and kept us informed of any legal requirements as landlords. They’ve been on the ball with everything. Phone calls and emails are answered and acted on promptly. When we decided to sell the property they also took care of that too and today the property has been purchased by the tenants. Big thanks to everyone at Property Hive for your help, support, friendly service and professional work. I can’t recommend Property Hive enough

GoogleSylvia came out to value my elderly mums bungalow. She really put my mum at ease, she was very friendly, she wasn’t pushy, she explained everything and was really lovely throughout the process. Sylvia took all the stress out of the experience of putting the property on the market. When I popped some paperwork into the office all the staff were really friendly and welcoming. GoogleSylvia came to my home and did a property valuation as I am thinking of selling my property. Sylvia was very knowledgeable about my home and those around me plus the area and estate in which I live. I felt very confident in her due to this knowledge and expertise. She is also a very friendly and kind lady, very easy to talk to and get along with. Also Hives fees are very good. I had another agent round later in the day and she valued my house at £80,000 less and was going to s=charge me TRIPLE of what Hive will. Hive and Sylvia all the way for me :)

GoogleThe Property Hive was our first option for a valuation as they dealt with my Mum's house sale last year and did an excellent job. I was pleased when Sylvia arrived as she also did Mum's valuation very successfully. She's lovely and bubbly, very professional. She gives an honest opinion and reason for the value of the property, explains the process and expected timescales. No pressure to make a decision on the day, but we agreed to sign up there and then and we now look forward to selling our house with this company with confidence.

GoogleThe team at Property Hive have all been fantastic on my journey to sell my first home! I chose this local estate agents because Sylvia made me feel at ease and comfortable straight away at the point of valuation. Ruby was quickly in touch when I confirmed I wanted to sell my home with Property Hive, and I knew immediately she would look after me and the sale of my property. She has been efficient, communicative and so easy to deal with. The marketing was very effective, the Virtual tour is a brilliant addition to the photos on the selling sites and I quickly had several viewings, that the team took off my hands so I didn’t need to worry about that either. My call to book a valuation to Louise was dealt with efficiently and was stress free. Within a few days a lovely knowledgeable lady Sylvia promptly arrived, valued the property and followed up with a confirmation of this the same day. GoogleThe Property Hive have just acted as the agent selling my mum’s house. From start to completion they were friendly, helpful and professional. The house was listed quickly and presented well. We were kept updated by them throughout the process, which was invaluable as it took several months after an offer had been accepted. In the early stages Michelle kept us updated and over the course of the sale process a special mention to Chloe who requested regular feedback from both sets of solicitors, updated us at least every week, responded quickly to any questions we had and proved invaluable when we needed to chase up the solicitors. My Mum was delighted with them and we would recommend their services.

She was professional & friendly right from the start making it easy to show her our home. It was lovely to hear her praise for our house & how well it hopefully will do which was so encouraging. She was very thorough explaining the process which was excellent & the prices we both found extremely resonable. We were told to ring if we had any more questions we would never be a bother.
