GoogleVery professional service. A thorough inspection of my property and a very quick valuation given. I was expecting pushy sales pitch to get my business but far from it. The valuer came, did her job and went. Left contact details.. no pressure at all. Very friendly and needless to say will use. Now if only solicitors were this good!!

Special thanks to Sylvia for doing the valuation and getting the ball rolling and a massive Thankyou to Louise for the constant updates emails and phone calls keeping us upto date in everything nothing is to much trouble, and a huge Thankyou to Chloe who has kept us up to date on a weekly basis with progress in our buyer and his solicitors. GoogleWe have recently started using to The Property Hive to manage our first rental property. Steph who came out to speak to us was very friendly and knowledgable. Liz who does viewings was also friendly and approachable, allowing us to attend viewings to meet prospective tenants. After the first tenants pulled out, Steph and Liz arranged another round of viewings quickly and we secured a new tenancy. Our first tenants have since moved in and everything is going well, Steph has kept us updated and arranged everything, very happy with the service we have received so far.

I want to especially thank Louise who has been exceptional, her professionalism and communication has been fantastic so far and she has been really dedicated to the sale of our property. Would not recommend any other estate agents in Doncaster!

GoogleAmazing service. Really knowledge and caring staff. Seems a personal service and bespoke to each individual and each property. I have had previous experience of company’s coming to value the house, most stay for a few minutes and go away and Google ‘sold house prices’ in the area and give you a quote. Seems lazy. Not the property hive. Sylvia stayed for 30 minutes, looked and discussed every room and really took an interest. Couldn’t recommend enough. 👍

GoogleI recently completed a purchase through The Property Hive in Doncaster. The staff were superb, the two ladies I dealt with most were Michelle and Chloe. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I would thoroughly recommend this agency, they are efficient, friendly and very helpful. I will definitely use them again if I move.

We’ve had our family home for over 20 years and are downsizing as our children have their own homes now, so I had lots of questions and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! GoogleI decided to use The Property Hive because I had seen a house near by go up for sale and sell in a very short amount of time. They did not disappoint, from begining to end. Sylvia came out to value my property, Sylvia was punctual, friendly, bubbly, profesional and knowledgeable and most of all on point with her valuation. A sum a little higher than the asking price was secured! The following day Lucy came to my property to take photos and to complie the selling page for the website which was very well done. Lucy again, was profesional, friendly, punctual and trustworthy. As the sale progressed both Michelle and Chloe both kept me informed with what was progressing and liased with my solicitor, the buyers solicitor and mortgage lender respectively. On top of this Chloe somehow worked some magic and managed to 'save the day' for me and get the buyers mortgage lender to agree to stay on track for an agreed completion date rather than putting it off to a later date. Which wouldn't have worked well for me, so I was extreamley grateful to Chloe for this! If I could have given these guys 6 stars I would have, I highly recommend using The Property Hive! Thank you guys once again.

GoogleIt's incredible! From signing the contract to sell my dad's property, to having a brochure PLUS 360 virtual tour of the house, the property listing and then a viewing arranged within minutes... WOW! Everything in the technical process is slick. All of the team members I've met or spoken to are friendly, upbeat, professional and have great communication. I like that the fees are paid upon completion, and they are good value for money. I am so happy that we chose The Property Hive and, at the risk of sounding cheesy, they have a great buzz around them 😃
