Can't speak highly enough of steph and the team at property hive. We moved in expecting a child to be born any minute! I informed them that the radiators weren't functioning correctly and there plumber phoned on the Sunday night which I didn't expect and was fixed the following Wednesday. You know you'll be in safe hands with this company

I moved to rent and I have to say the staff works really well with its costumers and are very knowledgeable. Can answer your questions and if it’s via email they answer fast room. Very helpful and able. I had a great experience moving in to my new flat with the assistance of Stephanie Lloyd!

Dealt with Steph in the lettings team and she was great. Regular updates, quick responses and the whole process was very smooth. As a landlord not living in the area it was really important I found a reliable, friendly and hard working lettings agent. Top marks.

This company likes to do their own viewings so you leave the house when people are due and the estate agent has a key. Every time someone viewed our house it was an uninterested , miserable man who didn’t even know anything about the house Eg upgrades on the house, kitchen appliances, chrome sockets, floor to ceiling tiles in bathrooms etc. The time it did sell was when I did the viewing myself. We didn’t get a courtesy thank you call or email at the end of the purchase to appreciate our business; it was just completed and nothing said. Would not recommend to anyone!

It is certainly something that we value and like any good, reputable business, always looking to improve our customers experience when selling their home. There are certain points within your feedback that I don't think are necessarily correct as your feedback has been predominantly based on opinion and not facts. It would of been helpful over the course of your sale to have perhaps provided us with the feedback regarding viewings when liaising with your designated consultant. We speak with our customers on a fortnightly basis and I see no feedback regarding the services of our accompanied viewer to refer back to. We also make sure that with all of our customers, both sellers and buyers, that we wish them well with their move upon completion. However, our calls weren't answered on the conclusion of your sale and there was no attempt to call us back from what I can see. Again, we appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best. I recently purchased my bungalow through hive Estate agents and was put in touch with chloe. This was a move for my wife and i after being at our previous property for more than twenty years,for this reason we found it a constant struggle with the new way of doing things with constant emails and endless documents to print at home. Chloe was so understanding to our prehistoric ways and personally made it her mission to bridge the gap between old and new. Our personal move consisted of a straight forward vacant property and a first time buyers scenario, which should have been uncomplicated, but made stressful by solicitors that didn't seem to be able to communicate with each other. Chloe took the weight off our shoulders and communicated with both and ensured our move finally came together. A big thankyou to Lois and all the girls in the office who were all very professional, caring and understanding. Chloe, you are our "golden" girl, thankyou so much

Now that we have finally reached completion, I would like to take a moment to express our thanks to the Property Hive team in general, and to Lois in particular. From the beginning of this stressful process, Lois has been a constant source of information, empathy and support. Knowing that Lois was out there (and in our corner) made a huge difference. This was by no means our first house purchase, but it was the most complex. Given the distances involved, I often felt powerless and at times frustrated. I bought a house through property Hive last month . Chloe is the best estate agent I have ever met. She kept update every process for me , chasing my solicitor, and even reply my message at night time or weekend . She is so professional, responsible, patient. Although I have not yet bought one with The Property Hive, I was satisfied with the service Louise provided during this initial part. I have used The Property Hive several times over the last few years and would highly recommend them! The fact that I have used them multiple times speaks for its self. They are quick and efficient but unlike some other companies that doesn't affect how kind and patient the staff are.
