My experience with Property Hive has been very positive so far. When Sylvia came to value my property I was very unsure about the process. She put me at ease straight away and explained everything to me. There was no pressure to go on the market straight away and I was given plenty of time to make my decision. Very genuine knowledgeable lady. Once I decided to go ahead Louise contacted me and has been very helpful and supportive throughout. Nothing too much trouble. I had several viewing’s within a few days and 2 offers within a week. In fact all the staff I have spoken too at Property Hive have been polite, helpful and patient. Fingers crossed all goes well from here.

The local estate agent market in Bourenmouth and the surrounding areas really did need shaking up and that is excatly what Hive have done. Big thank you to Colin & James at Hive! They managed to find us a buyer within the week our flat was listed. Their level of communication, professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile, especially during the later end of the process when it seemed to stall, for reasons outside of their control, meant they kept the process moving to a successful conclusion.
