However we wanted to live nearer our grandson so set about house hunting . Every contact with the staff at the Hive has been positive . The staff have been polite , communicating well . Transparent costings and advice given right from the beginning and excellent and expedient quality when setting up our sale. The agents kept in contact with us every step of the way and took care of all the viewings and offers. Our house sold within 2 weeks! Would highly recommend.

GoogleTerrible customer service, would not recommend. We was interested in a property and it sold. The sale fell through so they got back intouch to say we was the first people they thought to contact and could come and view the property they said the first viewing they can get us in for was the Friday so we accepted and went and viewed the property... the viewing went really well and they told us whilst we was at the viewing that someone had just put an offer in but the owner hadn't accepted as he wanted to have all his viewings first and had other viewings the following week. We was told that they was more flexible the following week if we would like to come and view it again. As we were leaving they told us the office was closed so we wouldn't be able to call to make an offer. We called Saturday morning to be told nobody was in and that we needed to call on Monday. We have just recieved a call to say the property was sold on Friday morning. I get that its business and you have a business to run but why waste peoples times with viewings when you already knew an offer was made and accepted and the property was sold on Friday morning? Why not call and tell us so we didn't have to waste our time on Friday afternoon. Terrible customer service and will not be purchasing a house through the property hive in the future. If this is how you treat all your customers you won't be selling many houses anytime soon. We was asked if we wanted to go on your waiting list what for? So you can waste our time with more viewings on properties that are already sold!

I’m sorry to hear of your frustrations, you are clearly disappointed to have missed out on purchasing this property. GoogleI phoned Sylvia to place our house with The Property Hive ...The photos were taken the same day with Ben..alongside the virtual viewing and we were "live.'on Rightmove that very evening....We then had a viewing at 12noon the next day and an offer was made and we accepted it....Thank you to Chloe who I spoke to as well ....This professional sense of urgency has now enabled us to make an offer on a cottage in Cornwall....So thank you to all the Team at The Property Hive for helping us achieve our dream.......
