Googlewere do i start, myself & my husband have been looking for our next home & each house we have viewed with the property hive has been professional, informative, all there agents are polite, friendly & conducted all viewings to a high standard there property website & adverts are extremely informative & you have the ability to view a property using there 3D Video which is extremely realistic to the actual property & an excellent feature to the website & i believe unique. we have viewed a few of your properties & all have been to a high standard & priced according & there was no pushy sales or continuous harassment like other agents you can also book viewings to their properties without the hassle of waiting for their office hours its all online which is another excellent feature. lorraine & liz have really stood out to myself & my husband they have been extremely helpful & support no pushing of sales & have gone above & beyond their roles, we’ve had an outstanding customer experience with them & we would highly recommend.

GoogleSuch an AMAZING team at The Property Hive right from the very start of marketing our property. The sale was handled in a very professional manor. We had a designated worker Jo who constantly updated us on progress every step of the way. Jo not only emailed me with the process, she also called me to check I understood, Jo even emailed on the weekend. We are so pleased we chose The Property Hive and would highly recommend their services.

GoogleI can’t fault this company in any way. I had a very bad experience with Robinson’s, my house was for sale for 16 months with them with around 8 viewings. I swapped to Hive and within a week my house had sold with others interested. Queen Bee was excellent as were all the other workers bees I had contact with. Excellent service, cheerful, polite, efficient and THEY SELL HOUSES, there’s quite a buzz about the place. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

GoogleWe received outstanding service from James Evans at Hive & Partners during what was a tricky and pressured sale. He picked up the pieces after we’d had two disastrous sales fall through with a high street agent (who couldn’t have been more disinterested). James was positive and proactive from the first time we met, unlike the other agents that seemed to just drone on about how awful the market was! His creative and pragmatic approach meant we quickly found the right buyers, and also kept the transaction on track after the chain collapsed a few days before Christmas. James was so easy to work with, professional, and his communication couldn’t be bettered. Never just took anything at face value when chasing down the other solicitors/agents in the chain. On top of that, the marketing materials and social media promotion were a level above anything else we’ve seen and really did our property justice. We highly recommend James @ Hive to anyone considering marketing their property. We would not hesitate to use him next time. Thanks for keeping us sane James!

GoogleLouise was rude, never sent me updates and lied when I asked about passing messages on. I constantly felt she put pressure on my to sell my house with them and when I decided I didn’t want to do that she completely stopped communicating. Please go else where and don’t put your self through the upset I have.
