From my first visit to the Hive property office at Nostell Place I knew I had chosen the right estate agents to deal with my house sale. Tanya, in the office, was very friendly & welcoming & explained the sales process then arranged for the valuer to call at a time & date suitable to me. Sylvia (valuer) visited me at home & immediately put me at ease & is very knowledgeable about the local area & makes you feel a very valued client. A suitable time & date was arranged for the photographer to call to take the property photos & video footage. Lucy, the photographer, arrived on time & explained the order of taking the photos/video & immediately got on with the job. When she was finished, we then went through the sales contract & I was also told who would be my personal point of contact in the office & that if I had any problems or concerns not to hesitate to contact them. The staff at Hive Property certainly know how to treat clients & their customer service is impeccable. I know I have made the right decision in choosing Hive instead of an invisible online estate agent.

I decided to go with The Property Hive to rent my property out as they are a family run business and they had been recommended to me by many of my friends who have also had great experiences working with the team. From start to finish I have had a great experience from the first interaction with Sylvia their valuer to having my expert photos done by Lucy to negotiating a suitable tenant in a swift manor by Lorraine. Lorraine found me the perfect tenant and completed all the paperwork and chased documents to ensure a speedy move in. What a great company to work with, just give them your keys and they will take full control and get things moving without the hassle of me being involved. The girls in the office were very pleasant and helpful and the smiles on their faces are contagious. Thank you so much for all your help I will definitely use you again.

We have had fabulous service from the whole team at The Property Hive. Today we viewed a property with Finlay and he was fantastic - even when faced with an alarm that they were told wouldn't be set went off (very very loudly 😅) he remained calm and quickly solved the issue and continued to show us around the property.
