GoogleMy experience of Hive has been very poor. Ghost viewings, damage to my property from their board, drilled into my wall, and a very poor service in general.

GoogleOverall it was a wonderful experience. Sylvia arrived on time, was very friendly and polite. She also provided prompt correspondence via text message and email shortly after her visit. I was also provided with clear information about how the company could support me.

GoogleIf you are looking for property in or around Doncaster. I would recommend The Property Hive. I contacted them through Rightmove about a property I saw online After I had viewed and confirmed that property wasn’t suitable. They took time to understand what I was looking for. The team then provided me a shortlist of suitable properties. They are very knowledgeable, proactive and friendly. They saved me a lot of time and effort in my search I would definitely use their service again. Five Stars

GoogleAfter trying to arrange viewings all week with several venders across Doncaster I have come to the conclusion that The Property Hive are the only ones who actually want to help their customers. They actually answer the phones, they suggest other potential properties to view, they are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and even email you after most points of contact! Great customer service and honestly the only estate agent I would consider selling with in the future considering my experiences as a buyer in the area.

GoogleMade an initial appointment for a valuation, they were very understanding when I had to change date. Sent email reminder and called the day before to check it was still convenient. sylvia.mugglestone called me to tell me she was on the way. Very considerate that I had to travel to the property. Sylvia explained process and price. We agreed upon minimum sale price. 3D video and brochure and agreed contract and details by the following day. Property marketed within one day. Fingers crossed sale and price will be as positive as valuation process. Update. Could not fault the services of property hive. Really personal service and was always available. Chased slow solicitors and kept in contact regarding buyers. Fully recommend would use again.

GoogleMy experience with this company and especially Mark has been excellent. During my search for a suitable property to buy I have been in touch with several estate agencies and this was the first firm that made me feel valued and listened to. I have found Mark to be professional, friendly and quick to respond to queries. He has been really helpful. The website is easy to use and I love the fact that I can look inside on the 3D Viewer to get a better feel for the property. I would highly recommend The Property Hive to buyers and sellers alike.
