The team kept in contact and helped with all issues/queries very professionally.

GoogleThe team at Taylor Milburn have been faultless from start to finish! We have been very impressed with the service we have received and want to say a special thank you to Mel and Jamie. Our first encounter with Taylor Milburn was when we went to view a few properties that were marketed by them and found one we really liked - that we have now bought! When we first decided to put our house on the market Jamie was excellent and came to our home to have a look around and give us an idea of how much we can expect to sell our house for. He was very well informed and professional. He took pictures of our house and made our home look very spacious, showing our house to it’s full potential. The photographs were way better than other photographs I have seen from other estate agents as the angles were captured to maximise the space. The listing of our house was very detailed and thorough and we were kept informed throughout the whole marketing process. Once viewings started we were constantly kept in the loop by either Jamie, Mel or other members of the Taylor Milburn team. They gave us detailed feedback from the potential buyers and always kept us well informed throughout the process. I was impressed with the number of viewings they were able to arrange in a short space of time and we sold the house in just a couple of weeks. Even with lockdown and Covid-19 the team still worked super hard - if not harder than usual to keep the sale and purchase process moving and we manage to complete pretty soon after lockdown restrictions were lifted. Whenever there were slight delays out of our control Mel was always on the other end of the phone keeping in touch and doing everything she could to speed the process along for us. We couldn’t fault them at all! They all went above and beyond and we have been extremely impressed with the service we have received. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future and will be recommending them far and wide! :) Thank you again Mel, Jamie and the team and Taylor Milburn!

GoogleMe and my partner brought our first home through Taylor Milburn and it was such a smooth process throughout. The staff could not do enough for us and answered all our questions and worries no matter how little or inconvenient. It was an easy, stress free move that we were so grateful for. Recently Paul also helped us to remortgage and secure a great interest rate. Could not recommend this company enough, thank you for a great service and always being just a phone call away.

They were chasing all parties and provided so much support when stress levels hit the roof! I am very grateful for their service and all the help. Definitely the best estate agent. Highly recommend. GoogleI can not recommend Taylor Milburn in Takeley high enough. The people here go above and beyond what they need to do to make a stressful time much easier. They have been so helpful , friendly and professional . Never to busy to help . They are really nice guys and I’d particularly like to mention Steve and Paul as they are the two I’ve dealt with most but all of the staff from here and also the Braintree branch are great . Thank you so much ..I will be recommending you to all of my friends and family .
