Cannot recommend Ciaran and Muvin enough. Ciaran was the estate agent for the house I was buying and he was a god send as a first time buyer throughout the whole process. From the first day we met him, he explained everything so clearly but he felt more like a friend than a salesman. Not only did he help with showing us around but helped us with our own mortgage application and even for support with just the stress of moving and explained everything and was always a phone call away. I honestly don’t know how I would have coped without Ciaran and Muvin. Nothing is too small or to be big of an ask and always responds within minutes which is amazing when you’re struggling with solictors! Thank you so much Ciaran and Muvin. If I could give 10 stars I would. 🤗👏🏡

Some examples of service from TM. TM: come look at this house as buyer is desperate to sell so it can be within your budget. TM basically laughed when I made offer at my budget. Me::can you look into these 5 questions ahead of my second viewing. Them: no problem. On arrival at second viewing : no need to answer these as they will be on contents form. Me: no they won’t hence why I asked. Them: oh well. Shows rounds house, doesn’t point out key features that turned out to be total surprises. My favourite being the owners asking for payment for fitted wardrobes. My second coming across a water softener having no knowledge of it’s existence.Lastly my absolute favourite, me going to the brach to collect keys on moving in day, TM: the owner gave us loads of instructions and helpful info for you but can’t remember what they said., anyway here are the keys.

For what was quite a lengthy (and incredibly unlucky) process, Ciaran took over halfway and made such a difference, removing a lot of stress. Super professional, attentive and went above and beyond multiple times including: doing a Sunday visit out of hours, dealing with a useless solicitor, he went out of his way to make a house call during offer negotiations and most recently, checking in after we'd moved to see how we're settling in. His personal touch was something we've never experienced with any estate agent before and would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking to move. There's no question who we'll call first when we move next.

I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Taylor Milburn. Throughout our whole selling experience they were fantastic, especially Steve Smith who worked tirelessly to make the whole process run smoothly. My only regret is not listing with them sooner. Initially we made the mistake of listing with Purplebricks, who are great at selling Purplebricks, but do nothing thereafter. Don't waste your time with Purplebricks, although £849 sounds appealing, it's very poor value for the little service you receive. Taylor Milburn are worth every penny. They are easy to contact, keep you updated with progress and always have a positive attitude. Steve goes the extra mile to get your property sold and makes the whole process simple and stress free.

No other Estate Agency has ever treated me with the respect and courtesy as Taylor Milburn.
