GoogleThe staff at T/M couldn’t have done any more. Having moved several times I’ve never had such great communication with an estate agent and felt I was treated exceptionally well. Top drawer performance!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleCouldn't ask for more from Taylor Milburn. They drove the sale of my house and the purchase of my new property through in record time, five weeks. Melanie at the Dunmow office was absolutely fantastic.

GoogleTaylor Milburn were exceptional with the sale of my house, having found a buyer and an acceptable offer within hours of going on sale. From acceptance of the offer they were available when I needed them and come back to me in good time with updates.

GoogleAppreciated the close and constant efforts of all the team through a long process (listed in Feb and completed in Dec!). I felt valued as a customer throughout and was impressed with their excellent communication at all times even through the Covid pandemic. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

GoogleAgents recommend solicitors but then give different instructions to what the solicitors are. Agent blame solicitors for deals but calls asking you whats happening when they can just call solicitors themselves.

GoogleExcellent, Taylor Milburn was recommended to me by a few friends as they had all had great experiences with them. They sold my flat quickly when it didn’t sell last year. The process went really smoothly and I will definitely be recommending them again to my friends and family.
