GoogleAdi, the concierge at Heron Wharf, is genuinely great. He’s always friendly, attentive, and willing to help with anything you need. You can tell he really cares and regularly goes above and beyond, whether it’s helping residents or just making everyone feel welcome. He’s a big part of what makes the building such a pleasant place to live.

GoogleEnjoy living here for 6 months! Awaiting the facilities hoping that they will be ready this year foe my kids to enjoy! Only issue I see is the parking! Not all flats comes with parking and when asking concierge about information of parking they never know. They announce visitor parking but then they say it is only for contractors. The information is not clear.

GoogleAs the owner of one of the apartments, I notified the reception via email about the agency I appointed last September upon receiving the property. When my tenant breached the lease with a short-term sublet, we informed the reception to deactivate the flat fob. However, for half a year, the front desk has been prevaricating and failing to act. This level of service is utterly infuriating, and my emails have been met with complete silence.

GoogleWorked for them had management swearing and shouting like i was a slave and pushed me as i didnt rise to his abuse and do as he asked not a way to treat the people working should be treated as a human not a slave
