GoogleLiterally unsurpassed, complete service. Right from the start of the process with the valuation and discussion about marketing right through to the presentation of the property and keeping on top of the many moving parts, which can go wrong, Sims Williams were all over it. They managed to help us sell our property at exactly the price that it was valued for in a very difficult market. They also listened to our concerns and gave us the confidence to begin at a price below that valuation, creating more interest and facilitating the eventual sale which was agreed in the week of the first viewing. The whole team are completely dedicated and the valuations are not over blind just to attract the maximum amount of clientele. We went with them because we purchased a house from the year before and they were just as professional than as they were this time. I don’t know how else to say this, but I don’t know if another agency could’ve done this job in the timeframes that we expected and got the result that we did. I would always use them wherever they operate in the area that we are buying or selling. Thanks a lot John, Julia, Robin & Suzie, you’ve made our year.

GoogleWe recently completed on a property in Bognor Regis and bought it through Simms Williams. I have to say the service was excellent from the office staff but mainly from our main contact there Susie Jones. We probably drove her mad with all the questions, extra viewings but she was always there to answer them and do everything she could to help the sale go smoothly. Excellent service, well done Susie.

GoogleThe common conception of Estate Agents is that they take a few pictures, write a blurb, publish it, show prospective purchasers around a property, and charge you a fortune for the privilege. From the seller's point of view, that may be how it seems. However, after the sale has actually been agreed, the service provided to the purchaser more than justifies the cost. I’ve recently purchased a property through Sims Williams, and they did so much to help. Ambiguity surrounding a tree preservation order was quashed in a matter of minutes, thanks to them having much more up-to-date information than the council. My survey raised a potential concern about damp. Sims Williams provided a damp expert to go and visit the property and compile a report, again resolving this problem very quickly. Lastly, a purchase further up the chain was causing delays. Sims Williams were constantly checking in with me, assuring me that they were chasing and doing everything in their power to help this complete. Obviously, all of this came out of the fee that would have been paid by the seller, so was effectively free for me. Had I have gone back to my solicitor with all these queries, I dread to think how expensive that bill would have been. Through my experience, I cannot fault Sims Williams and would recommend them in a heartbeat.

GoogleWe used Sims Williams for our move from a leasehold flat to a house with the lease part making the move very difficult but thanks to John and Susie was given constant updates and assurances of what is the best to do. Found us many viewings and was always working hard to make us happy. Have used a few estate agents in past and Sims Williams is by far the most professional. So understanding and polite and put us first all the time. If I were to move again would certainly use this company especially with John and Susie helping. Am now very happy in new home. Thanks guys.

GoogleWe instructed Sims Williams Bognor office to sell my Mum's property. Right from the outset they were professional, helpful and friendly. Their knowledge of the local housing market meant that we had good advice on pricing and marketing. We were particularly pleased with the photos and "walk through" video on both theirs and the RightMove websites. We were notified in advance of viewings and had feedback quickly. When the property sold Sims Williams oversaw the sales process right through to exchange and completion. A solicitor in the chain was slow to respond which held up the sale but Sims Williams were rigorous at chasing and dealing with the issues that arose. I would recommend John and his team to anybody who wants a knowledgeable, professional, efficient and friendly service when selling a property.

GoogleOne Word - Fantastic! We don’t normally write reviews, but on this occasion we had too. In life you get what you pay for, whilst I’m sure that there are cheaper agents out there; if you want a stress free move with knowledgeable, friendly and dedicated agents, that give excellent communication, then look no further than Sims Williams. We dealt with John, Annie and Vanessa, we sold and purchased through them. The Team in the Bognor Branch is fantastic, we couldn’t of hoped for better agents to support us through the journey which wasn’t always the easiest but they communicated to either side of the chain fantastically, keeping stress to a minimum and helped us through the bumps to complete in 11 weeks. A big thank you to you all, and in the future we wouldn’t look anywhere else. Sam and Lisa.
