GoogleVery pleased with the excellent service received from the team at Simms Williams, Bognor Regis. Through what was a protracted sale and purchase, they were always on hand for help, advice and support and made the whole process much less stressful than it could have been. Can thoroughly recommend John and his team.

GoogleI went into the office and said I wanted to visit a property expecting to hear quickly. Nothing. Had to go in again. Not impressed at all. Let’s see if their customer service improves? A nice phone call would’ve been helpful explaining the situation. They come across as entitled and not very helpful.
Having investigated the situation, I would reply as follows. My colleague informed you that the vendor of the property only wanted applicants viewing their property if they were in a position to proceed, which is not uncommon. You informed us that you had still not yet sold your property, so we were unable to secure you a viewing. We did state that we’d try to get a viewing when we were next showing a proceedable applicant the property subject to the vendors agreement. We have since tried to call you back on the landline you gave us when you first registered in November 2012, almost 14 years ago, I can only assume the number had changed and that you’d not informed us of the change at this point. I believe we have now spoken on your mobile to again clarify the situation. On and off over the last 13 years, you have viewed properties through us but nothing suitable it would seem. Therefore, to suggest we are ‘entitled and not helpful’ is a rather damming statement and in our view totally unjustified.

Having used other agencies before, the difference in service was night and day. Highly recommend, especially if Lucy is handling things for you.

GoogleAbsolutely great company. After dealing with their competitors before I can honestly say SimmsWilliams provided a fantastic service to me. They call you back when requested (others don’t) they keep you up to date with progression and they always answer the phone when you call. I would highly recommend SimmsWilliams for anyone moving to this area.

GoogleI have contacted the lettings team over the last 4 months (calling and emailing) with zero return. Ive got an issue to discuss with a Landlord that his renting out the house next to me. The lack of response or even when I call and dont get any deadlines have been very poor! I will not mention the associate thst was tasked to assist me but I really hope this gets escalated as ive been asking to talk with her Manager as well, only to be ignored as well. They were my Letting angecy when I bought my house a couple years ago and I would not want to do business with them again.

GooglePauline and team at Sims Williams were fantastic - they showed kindness and professionalism throughout our home‑buying journey. They kept us updated, were responsive, and took the time to chase the bottom of the chain to help keep the sale on track; which we appreciated more than they know. The beautifully scented candle we received on move‑in day was such a lovely surprise, it smelt divine and instantly made the new house feel like home. We’re really grateful for their support and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a genuinely caring and proactive estate agent.

GoogleExcellent experience with the Sims Williams Bognor Regis team. This has been a challenging move for me as relocating and West Sussex was a new area for me. The team went above and beyond to support me, not just in terms of the house, but additional information to reassure me I was making the right move and choice of area. The Estate Agents selling my house in Essex commented on how professional the Sims Williams team were in terms of ensuring a successful outcome for all. Buying or selling, I could not recommend them more!

GoogleWe recently sold our house through Sims Williams and despite it being a long and stressful process, due to issues lower down in the chain, they were always extremely helpful and kept us informed. We liked the fact that it was a local office with a small friendly team of staff. When we telephoned we were always able to speak to a member of the team, or if busy they would call you straight back. Unlike some of the larger estate agents where you get redirected to a call centre. Also every one on the sales team came to view our property prior to it going on the market to familiarise themselves with the house. A great team and we would highly recommend them.
