GoogleI was impressed with Sewell & Gardner from the very first visit to value our property and they stood out for us immediately as the right Agent to go with. The valuation was perfect and the sale very quick and all aspects of communication were prompt and excellent from initial communications and updates from the office to updates on viewings and all eventual communications with the purchasers and solicitors. There were occasions where the staff had to alternate between dealing with my daughter and myself and this was done seamlessly. On visiting the office we were given warm welcomes by all. Honestly this was a fantastic and very professional young team and I would easily use Sewell & Gardner Rickmansworth again

GoogleWe recently had the pleasure of working with Amie Olive from Sewell & Gardner. We were involved in a chain which was far from straightforward, but Amie was on top of the transaction at all times and she was always really easy to get hold. We work with a lot of different agents and post sale communication is usually poor at best - with Amie it was excellent. If you are considering using Sewell & Gardner I wouldn't hesitate as you will clearly be in good hands. Thanks once again Amie and I hope our paths cross again one day! A*****

GoogleFrom the start every person I came into contact with proved to be extremely helpful and friendly but remained very professional too. Nothing was ever too much trouble and I was constantly kept up to date with everything without having to ask for the information. I don't think they could have improved their service in any way. GoogleI can’t recommend Sewell and Gardner enough! Our flat went on the market and the next day we had a viewing & an offer, the whole process was so quick & streamlined. I really want to thank Amie who was our contact, nothing was ever too much for her, she was constantly on the ball & kept us updated with the sale along the way. She was lovely & really easy to talk to! I highly recommend S&G especially Amy if you want a smooth sale/buy!

GoogleNot professional at all. After reaching at the property I got to know that tenants have already cancelled viewing. They made 3 calls to me to confirm my viewing availability but not seen an email from the tenant where they requested to cancel. I am getting only one day for viewings so I am adjusting my time and locations. If they are not professional during viewings then how can we expect their support at later stage.

Kevin et al. have constantly displayed a friendly, professional and helpful attitude to get my flat sale done. Their communication has been excellent, as has their advice when I've needed it. They have shown all the qualities you might want from an estate agent: tenacity, honesty and good humour. Thank you all very much.
