GoogleUsed Rooftops Wilmslow as a tenant and Macclesfield as a landlord. Staff at both offices helpful and knowledgeable and responded quickly to contacts. When tenants of our Macclesfield flat requested assistance, Rooftops staff contacted us on the same day and arranged repairs for tenants as a matter of urgency.

GoogleRooftops are the agents for a house ajoining mine, when they put the for let sign up they did so by attaching it to my fence without permission. They fence has broken as a result and I contacted Sue at Rooftops to ask them to put right the damage caused. After a snooty reply from her she is now ignoring my emails and the damaged fence has not be repaired.

GoogleProfessional and consciousness, although I have not been with them long , they have, so far proved to me that my faith in them has not been misplaced. They are always available to answer my calls and provide answers to my queries. Unlike other companies they offer a friendly but professional service.
