GoogleJames Donald of Robertson’s is so passionate about what he does, he will not disappoint. From the first moment we met James we knew he was the right person to sell our property. James is exceptional in the service he provides. He goes above and beyond in everything he does from selling our property on the very first day of viewings to liaising with all parties throughout the whole process. James even helped with our onward purchase too, helping us to secure our dream home. James not only provides a first-class service but the broker and solicitor he recommended were also outstanding. James was the one that stepped up and co-ordinated everything across the whole chain to ensure that we exchanged contracts (very little input from the other estate agents). If you are looking to buy or sell a property in Downley or the local area, you should absolutely contact James Donald, he has so much knowledge, he truly is the expert in this area. James keep doing what you’re doing!

Right from the start David and colleagues organised beautiful photos, and marketed the house swiftly. We found excellent buyers straight away. David’s excellent professionalism really oiled the machinery and kept a brilliant dialogue between all parties, meaning that exchange and completion happened in almost record time. GoogleJames Donald from Robertson’s has done an exceptional job with selling my house. The marketing materials he produced were very detailed and of a high standard which resulted in 4 viewings and 4 offers almost immediately. James then worked incredibly hard to ensure the sale went through smoothly- he always responded quickly to questions and information passed between myself and my purchasers. I was particularly impressed with James’ honesty and integrity when I was faced with a difficult situation with my own house purchase. Although it would have been in his own interests if I had gone ahead quickly with my planned purchase (and the possible loss of his fee if I pulled out), he understood that it probably wasn’t the right thing for me and gave me an honest opinion about the specific issues that had arisen. I would thoroughly recommend James and Robertson’s estate agents.

GoogleI met James (virtually) at Robertsons when I was looking for my first home in a new county and I am glad to say that he was exceptionally helpful, communicative and at the same time very professional throughout the process. It was obvious that he provides an extraordinary service according to the client's needs. My aim was to move quickly and apparently he did his best to make it achievable. Thanks so much James and I will recommend you to anyone who expects a pleasant and reliable service, without any hesitation.
