GoogleAbsolutely zero communication after expressing interest in a property, despite chasing several times..politely. Thankfully, I wasn't in a rush or desperate unlike most people unfortunately are. Assured I would be called back/contacted, which had been to no avail. Wouldn't approach them again, if god forbid, I did find myself in a desperate situation.

GoogleThe Newton Abbot Branch have been fantastic from start to finish with our house sale. Jonathan particularly was always professional, willing and went above and beyond to get our sale completed and also assisted greatly with our purchase. Nothing was too much to ask and we would not of been able to achieve this had Rendells not done their upmost to help us get things sorted. Even with a complex long sale, their attitude remained positive throughout. Thank you!!!

GooglePhoned the newton abbot office and spoke to a woman. I was interested to get my property valued. She wasn’t that helpful but took my number and said a man would contact me from the office who deals with sales. Never heard from anyone again. I therefore wouldn’t use this estate agent as they could easily miss a sale. Suggest when you telephone the office, you have a better system in place for taking messages and getting back to potential customers.

GoogleUpdate following owners response. If they had actually checked the surname, they would have found a local property being rented. I never said there was one in my name specifically. Try searching for a property with constant leaks, no hot water and now a chimney that's about to fall off and kill someone. So, maybe sort your properties out, rather than trying to dismiss a genuine review on Google. *If you rent a home from them, make sure they don't manage it! Wow, beyond a joke. They NEVER sort anything that is important or answer questions. Wish we never used.*

GoogleWe just sold our house through Rendells in Totnes, the whole process ran smoothly, special mention to Debbie for being incredibly 'on it' at every stage. We wanted to go with Rendells because they came across as intelligent, experienced and professional rather than pushy sales people! They also have a prime location on the high street, so when we got some quotes it was a pleasant surprise to find they were also the best price.
