Zak and the team at Red Hot Property Hexham have been fantastic! I have recently bought a lovely little cottage and I couldn't have wished for a better service. The team took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, location requirements and understand my budget. The whole team knew of my purchase and where it was up to everytime I called. They have always been friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely care about the service they provide. I would highly recommend buying through the agents and if I was to sell a property, I wouldn't hesitate at asking this team to market on my behalf as I know their customer service is superb!

I have had 3 properties managed by Red Hot Property as they are absolutely brilliant at what they do. Whilst 2 are still rented they have just supported me with the sale of one of them where I achieved a price more than I expected. Zak is a credit to the firm with great communication skills and the willingness to deal with any issues quickly as and when they arise.

We've just completed our purchase and our experience with Red Hot Property was perfect really. Zak in particular was immense, accommodating our tricky needs given that we were shielding throughout the process. He was very responsive, and a pleasure to work with. Everything went unbelievably smoothly, and we can't quite believe how straight forward it all was. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Cannot praise enough. Trudie was fantastic during my recent buy to let purchase and constantly chased up my solicitor to try and move things on as much as possible and gave me constant updates before my solicitor. There's a lot of hype around at the minute about using alternative / free estate agent type services but this is exactly what an estate agent should be!! Thanks again Trudie

From start to finish absolutely first class, Melanie was incredibly helpful all the way along the line as we were relocating so couldn’t get to the property as often as we wanted. Would thoroughly recommend the Prudhoe branch to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.

Mel and the team at red hot property have been great helping us buy a home 400 miles from our current one. They answered all our sully questions and put up with a complex and bumpy sale to get us into our dream home. Would recommend their services to anyone in the area! Thanks you!

We had a great meal in the Tipi for my husbands birthday. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The food was good pub food with generous portions. They were really accommodating, as when it got a little colder a table was quickly arranged inside for us to have our dessert 🍨. …

Thanks to Trudie for her excellent communication skills: she was very calm, positive and reassuring through a long and drawn out house sale! All parties wanted to make this work and she really helped to move this sale along though persistent phone calls and emails to solicitors etc!

A fantastic service received from Mel and the team at Red Hot! Excellence from the very start, from customer service and building a great rapport to communication and offering valuable advice to a rookie seller! She made the selling process as painless as possible during a highly stressful time and I wouldn't hesitate to use Red Hot in the future. Highly recommended. Thank you x

Melanie was very quick and efficient in setting up the publicity for my house sale. She has a natural talent in talking to prospective buyers, and as a result it sold pretty well straight away. Unfortunately the solicitors took longer than hoped to process the sale, but she was very calm and reassuring throughout - which was greatly needed.
