Also leave messages for someone to call me back about a property that I seen on Rightmove that I was interested in and never received a call back from the agency. GoogleIt's been quite a journey finding a property suitable for me and the little one. I've done a fair amount of whining about agents that (appear) to have actively stopped me looking at properties (ie the non local agents). So I've really appreciated the agents who took the time to engage politely, do what they said, kept smiling etc. Red Hot Property was one of those. Popped in on the Friday, asked if I could see the property on the Saturday. All no bother. Thanks. It's oddly rare.

GoogleMelanie and Trudie at Red Hot made our experience of selling a flat an excellent one. As a longtime landlord, I can say that they were exceptional. Melanie worked hard from the beginning, creating photographs and a video that I was very happy with. Trudie updated every week and was both experienced and calm in constantly moving the sale forward. Every request, in what is inevitably a stressful process, was met by both. 100% recommendation and genuine thanks.

GoogleI cannot recommend Red Hot Property highly enough. As a buyer we dealt with Mel on our visits to the property and the negotiations to buy. She was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and very easy to work with throughout. As matters progressed we were helped by Trudie, who kept us informed throughout and made the purchasing process so much easier. We are now nearing completion and looking forward to our new home. If you are looking for an estate agent in Prudhoe or further into Tynedale then look no further than Red Hot Property!

GoogleIf you are autistic and/or suffer from poor mental health, I would strongly recommend you stay well clear of this company as they'll try pull the wool over your eyes. I sold my house through RHP and was told by their agents that the buyer was a cash buyer and had already sold their house (I have 2 emails confirming this). I also accepted a lower offer on my house as I thought there was no chain and it'd be a quick sale. To my surprise my solicitor informed me that I was part of a chain. RHP only told me about the chain 2 weeks before completion, when the people at the top of the chain started pushing for an exchange date. I never received any sort of explanation/apology from RHP for lying to me.

GoogleMoving house is one of the most stressful things you can do. Angela and the team were a pleasure to deal with throughout the sale of my house and purchase of my lovely new home. I couldn’t recommend them enough. They’ve been so helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. I never felt the need to chase them as they were always one step ahead getting intouch.

I had heard that moving house was stressful however Trudie was so efficient, helpful and friendly, that I thoroughly enjoyed the process of buying. When things didn't go according to plan she was incredibly helpful and kind and it really made the process of buying the house we chose a lot less stressful. I would honestly recommend them.
