GoogleCertain staff didn't help and I felt intimidated by, felt like she was making decisions for the lady we was buying from. Found it hard to get past her. In the end we backed out the sale because of this. They have a fantastic area manager Dawn who is amazing just a shame the staff not like her.

GoogleI was actually buying from the Willerby office so the office owed me nothing but every step of the way Jonathon kept me informed. Jonathon is a credit to the company and an absolute pleasure to talk to. No question was too difficult for the staff at the Willerby branch and every member mucked in and worked as a very friendly team. I presume this is why the office is a success.
