GoogleWe agreed with Quick and Clarke, Hornsea a commission rate of 1%. When, after as long as 9 months, our house was finally sold, they increased their commission to 1.5% contrary to the agreement and without consulting us. Quick and Clarke rarely ansa the fone. Neither do they return calls. Their chartered surveyor either didn't keep appointments at all or turned up late. He always blamed us. He did not wear PPE during the lockdowns and did not ask viewers to do so. I would advise sellers avoid Quick and Clarke as they are inefficient, unhelpful and downright dishonest. There are plenty of other estate agents in the East Riding to choose from.

GoogleSaid that the seller's had changed their mind and are not selling now. 1 week later still on website and is now sold subject to contract. Total liars will not trust them to buy or sell with ever.

Hi Samantha, further to our telephone conversation you will now hopefully understand that the situation was more complex and that our clients had indeed instructed us to remove the property from sale. They did, however, then reconsider this decision and chose to sell to another party. I understand that this is disappointing and the fact that the property seemed to remain on the market caused more confusion and for this I apologise. We would have had nothing to gain by lying. We will continue to try to find you a property that meets your requirements and I wish you all the best with your search.

GooglePoor service. Removed from mailing list without referring removal to us. Staff gave differing reasons for this. Discovered when we drove by and saw their marketing sign. Property has been on market for 6 months. As soon as we showed an interest it sold within days. We were handled in an extremely unprofessional manner.
