Can't thank Matt and Paula from the Tunstall Branch, and Pat from the Biddulph Branch enough for making our 3rd purchase and now rental management such an easy and pleasant transaction. We can highly recommend using this family run service for any purchase, sale or property management as they have kept us informed at every stage on each transaction, detailing all costs and services up front. Very friendly and polite whilst very professional throughout. We would recommend using Pat for any mortgage advice as he has now carried out various ones for us always finding us the best deal available and leaving us with minimal paperwork to complete. Being amateur landlords, we have dealt with the lettings side of Priory for ten years now. Over that time we have always felt content with the support we have received. We have had a number of tenants and the selection process appears to be sound. We have also had a change in personnel over time but are perfectly happy at present.
