36 pages of properties, nearly all of which were sold or under offer. Why no option to filter solds out?

Used recently to sell our property. Marketed well, great photographs and sold quickly for above the asking price. Regular phone updates from Judy and Matt. Great service

I don't know why anyone would use this estate agents - they are rude to potential customers, and to buyers. My personal experience buying a property was being told to pull out, as they had other buyers lined up who had sold via Priory, when the delay ended up costing an extra £5k due to a change in stamp duty. My mother in law has been in floods of tears today due to the rude way they have spoken to her, after enquiring about a property. There are other properties she wants to view via Priory, having already got offers on her property, but the whole experience has put her off dealing with Priory when buying a property. Thankfully there are competitor estate agents in Biddulph that provide a much higher quality of customer service

As first time renters, due to a work move and delayed sale of our property, I do hope this isn’t the general service that renters have to endure. POV: Unresponsive, several issues that were reported were never resolved while we lived there. Inflexible, I had to make a 450 mile round trip to sign paperwork on a Friday as the agent couldn’t find someone else in the office, or make a brief 5 min trip into the office on the Saturday that we moved in. Rude and fairly unhelpful. Took them two weeks after we moved out to approve the return of our deposit and I’m not sure they even did a final inspection, after I spent a whole day cleaning! They only approved because we threatened to go through the legal process to get our money back. I glad we got into our own house, won’t be renting in again if possible.

Just recently dealt with Matt at the Tunstall office and he has been a pleasure to deal with and I am just about to move in to a new house as I type this. Many thanks matt and all the best for the future.....

Matt was really helpful, i was a first time renter and given a chance which other agents didn't because of this reason, replied quick to any emails i sent about questions. Made the process 10 times easier.PositiveProfessionalism

Absolute shambles of a booking system. They listed a property in Etruria, Lady Smith road via Rightmove, instantly called to book a viewing-I was told to message on Rightmove. Which I did, no reply. Rang again the following day they told me they were flooded with requests and will get back to me asap. Patiently waited again. Rung today to see when the viewings will commence and told they will call me Monday if the property is still available? No control whatsoever of managing appointments. Disappointing is a understatement. Clear indication why vendors now use online portals such as Purple Bricks as the vendor is always in control. Avoid at all costs.

A very professional experience, always kept up-to-date by a member of the team, who took total responsibility/control on my behalf as was out of the country at the time. A massive thank you to Matt and the team for a smooth professional transition from start to finish....

Started looking for a house to rent at the start of the year and it was very slow moving for a long time. Then we saw a really nice house to rent at a decent price that was listed by Priory, and we knew it was the one. Spoke to a man called Matt and he's been nothing but helpful since we first spoke to him. After about 6 months of searching at a snails pace, priory helped us to really get the ball moving.

Great team at Tunstall. I was kept informed at all times regarding the progress of the sale. My buyer’s solicitor was very slow and poor at communicating but Matt and his team were on their case to get the legal side moving. Matt knows the ST6 area well and I would definitely recommend them.

Absolutely brilliant estate agents. My sale was very complicated and very stressful but the team were always on hand to support and guide me through the process. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking to sell their property. Thank you Rachel as you are amazing.
