GoogleWouldn't bother with this company lied to me and said they wasn't taking viewings untill a certain date and then rings saying the property has been viewed and let so If you don't trust liars don't bother wasting your time with this company
Good afternoon Jessica, I was concered after reading your review and have taken the time to understand exactly what happened. I have reviewd all our communication and recorded calls to ensure I have all the information. The property you recently showed an interset in had a tenant in situ and for that reason there was a short delay in opening our viewings. However, I can see that once viewings were opened we called all clients who had expressed an interest in chronological order, this included you and your viewing was scheduled. Please note that when we advertise a property to let we are acting for a property owner who is the decision maker. In this case a client who had expressed an interest earlier than you and viewed the property made an offer that the property owner accepted. I understand that demand for rental properties is very high and finding the right property can be a very stressful process. However, I don't agree that you have been lied to. I hope that we can assist you with your ongoing or future search.

GoogleI’m in the process (almost at the end now) of selling my parents property at the moment. It’s been heartbreaking and very tough, but I have to say that Gina at Colne and Lorraine at Barrowford have been so kind and thoughtful. Gina has been very very kind and patient with me and made a hard situation much simpler. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Triple 5 *s and many thanks xx
