GoogleWe have recently had the pleasure of dealing with PM to sell our family home. The property had been in the family name for over 55 years but losing my father in 2000 and my mam in September 2021 my brother, sister and myself decided to sell. One valuation came in at £70K and the highest came in at over £140K. PM valued the property at £120K and the greed within the family was to put the property for sale with a different company, you have guessed at £140K. A really bad mistake. Very little interest was generated and we decided after six months to contact PM and see if we could advertise the property with them. My sister and myself had the pleasure of meeting June at the beginning of July and agreed to what we were advised. Just such a pity that we did not take this advice first time round. By the middle of November our property had been sold. The professionalism of the team at PM has been second to none and as a family we would highly recommend using this company. Diolch yn fawr i ti.
Thank you Peter for your lovely detailed review, selling a family home is always difficult. We are so glad that you were pleased with the service you received from us and we wish you, your brother and sister all the very best for the future.

GoogleJune and team were really friendly, efficient, understanding and prompt in all aspects of purchase of my next home. Thanks to all involved for making it straightforward, and most of all perhaps, arranging a quick exchange and completion of the business, which suited the vendors and myself really well. Many thanks.
We are so glad that this was so straightforward for you, thank you for your lovely comments and we wish you all the very best for the future in your new home.

GoogleThe team at the Ystrad Mynach branch of Peter Mulcahy recently sold my late Mum's house on Penallta Rd. Their valuation was realistic and "spot on", their service was very efficient with a follow-up and reactivity which was always timely. I'm pretty sure the buyer will have been just as satisfied as the seller with the overall service.
Thank you Mr. Thomas for your lovely review and the business you have given us once again, if you ever come back to Ystrad Mynach please pop in to see us. We wish you, your wife and family all the very best for the future.

Throughout the process I have never had to chase them once for an update, their communication not only with myself, but with everyone else in the chain, including solicitors was outstanding, a truly exceptional TEAM.

GoogleJune and the team at Peter Mulcahy made selling our house a breeze. Peter Mulcahy valued our house and put it on the market for a very good price. We'd had other valuations which were way off the mark - June and the team weren't content with just making a sale, they wanted to get us the best possible price for our house. Peter Mulcahy were very customer-focused - they had my best interests at heart. All viewings were arranged at convenient times. They were in regular contact with updates and any queries were sorted quickly. Fuss-free, easy to deal with and very customer focused. Thank you, June and team!
Thank you for the great review, we are so pleased it went so smoothly for you. We would all like to wish you and your partner all the very best in your new venture.

GoogleWe decided to put the sale through Peter Mulcahy as they were local and had good reviews. They gave us a valuation we were happy with and the sale process was easy with us getting a quick offer at the sale price we expected.
