GoogleThe team at Perry Bishop Cheltenham performed well during the sale of my fathers’ house. The property was very much a “doer upper” so was not the easiest to shift. However, once a realistic price was established and a time waster dealt with, the property was sold quickly and efficiently.
Thank you David - much appreciated

GooglePerry Bishop were very supportive throughout the sales process, from assessing the value of our home, to getting viewings lined up and then through the stressful process of getting from an offer to completion. I would recommend them to anyone in the Cheltenham area looking to sell their property.

GoogleI want to say thank you particularly to Paula and Leigh at Perry Bishop for all their help during our search for a home this year. We had some really crappy experiences with other agents in the area when it came to communication or general helpfulness with our search. We we're on a timescale to find something as we were ion the process of relocating and selling our home. It was looking a little hopeless but Leigh and Paula really seemed to take the challenge on and were forthcoming in options for us. We were based 3 hours away and lots of agents wouldn't even entertain the idea of a virtual viewing which wasn't helpful for us given the distance we needed to travel to view potential properties but Leigh at Perry Bishop has no issue doing this for us which was a welcome change and as a result we ended up renting a property she had shown us. We found the perfect rental so we could make our move in the timescale we wanted and we're very happy with the whole process. Some estate agents in this digital world can be lacking in the personal approach so it was really lovely to feel like we we're treated personably and cared for by Perry Bishop during this journey. Thanks for all your help. Great company and excellent team. Would absolutely recommend!
Thank you Kayla - so pleased our team were so great and helpful. This is the way it should be and this service level shouldn’t really stand out but is no less appreciated by all of us. Delighted that we were able to help. Best wishes Sian Harris - Lettings Director
