Absolutely fab right from the beginning. As first time buyers we were really unsure about the whole process ... We'd read loads but needed reassurance many times and confirmation of next steps ... Emma, gave me the encouragement when I was wavering and provided answers to my every question no matter how trivial or silly ... I have no idea how many times I rung her and Donna, and was reassured each time. It was a long 4/5 months but they supported me through the entire home buying process. Absolutely fab. Couldn't have wanted to buy a home from better estate agents. They really went above and beyond. Emma, Donna and the whole team were brilliant with me. Thank you so much.

After much hesitation I decided to sell my property and was recommended Movuno by a friend. Excellent service & good communication initially, once the property was sold subject to contract this slowed down a bit . I think this is more about knowing a customers individual needs as I was going through the process on my own it would have great to have that back up. Overall I was very impressed & would be happy to use & recomend them . Great service, great price .

As a first time buyer the whole process of getting your first home is daunting. But all the staff at Monuvo have been amazing ! Especially Emma who has helped me from start to finish, she has gone the extra mile from answering every single one of my queries , explained the whole process step by step, and always accomodates my needs to meet at the property to let me have extra checks and measure up ect.. it is a while off yet but I know who I will be going to when the time comes to sell! I wouldn’t use anyone else to sell my property. From start to finish the whole team where brilliant. Kept me fully up to date with viewings, feedback and the solicitor updates right up to the keys being handed over. The worst service ever.

The worst service ever. They do not deserve a star, just couldn't write a review without taping for a star. I was purchasing a house because Movuno told me (more than once), that I had a buyer. Made the offer and was ready to move. Just been told by my solicitor that my buyer pulled out quite a while ago. Very unprofessional, and uncaring. My solicitor has just charged me £180.00 for the aborted work. He added that is because Movuno never told him about my buyer cancelling the purchase.

Can’t fault. Very competitive price with no upfront payments before completion required, unlike other online agents. Price included all the professional pictures and floor plans. All the basics you’d expect from a traditional Estate Agents, they provide. The outstanding factor for us though was our Agent Tim Bentley who was excellent. After a series of clangers bought about by solicitors, he really went above and beyond to make sure everything got done in time - in fact if not for his proactive intervention we probably wouldn’t have got everything over the line in time for completion. Would definitely recommend.
