i've used a few lettings agents in my time but no one comes even close to beating the serve I received from Hannah G. Hannah went beyond the call of her duty and exceeded my expectations by delivering exceptional customer service. I had complete confidence that Hannah would let my property and I wasn't wrong. I was initially looking at using an online agency however after meeting Hannah, I decided to go with her. She put my mind at ease from the work go and never let me down from there. She's friendly, professional and most importantly cares about her job. Many a time have I emailed her out of hours, not expecting to hear until the next day but she comes straight back to me, even if it just to say, I'll ring you tomorrow to discuss. I wouldn't use anyone else to rent my properties now. Thanks Hannah.

My husband and I purchased our first home via Move Revolution. We were pregnant with our first child, and due to give birth during the sale, so tensions were high. Sue Peyton was an absolute pillar of strength throughout the whole process. We had an issue with our mortgage provider, which Sue worked tirelessly on and fixed. We can't thank her enough. If it wasn't for Sue, we would of been homeless with a newborn baby the week before Christmas. Instead, we came out of hospital last night, and pick up the keys to our new home today. As a first time buyer we had many unsuccessful attempts at trying to secure a home and was beginning to lose hope, until we were put in touch with move revolution. It started with finding a property online and wanting to view it ASAP! We put in an email enquiry and after liaising with Zak (on his way home at the time I believe) we had a viewing for the next day. We met Damian on site who presented the property to us in a professional manner and explained all we wanted to know without referring to documentation or notes. The next day we had our offer accepted, this is when Sue came into the equation. Sue has been nothing but professional and pleasant through every moment of this move, she is always available and if she is busy at the time of your call you have an almost instant call back. Sue was even replying and reading emails whilst on holiday! We had daily updates and both parties were kept in the know at every stage and hurdle! As a first time buyer I cannot fault Move Revolution in any way and would not hesitate to recommend them to seller or buyer. Thank you for everything guys.

We recently sold our property through Move Revolution in Croydon. From the very start the staff were friendly and very helpful. The photos were simply outstanding and really set off the marketing and made the most of the work we'd put in to get the house ready for sale. Very impressive. Ryan Milson was the agent who carried out most of our viewings and with his help we achieved a very good price in a very short time period. He was very helpful and approachable on the phone during our frequent chats about the viewings and during price negotiations. He successfully steered us through some post-Brexit wobbles. Well done to all, and thanks again!

Once our sale had progressed beyond the negotiation stage we were looked after by Sue Peyton who took over the next phase. Her skill and energy kept the sale alive throughout some post-Brexit market wobbles and helped us skilfully through to the recent nail biting finale of contract exchange. Well done and many thanks!

She is extremely professional and guided us through every step of the process whilst renting out our property. She found us Tenants within a week of appointing the rental, which was fantastic and a huge weight off our minds. Move revolution were a pleasure to deal with. Damian was our agent and always pleasant, polite and listened to what we wanted. He sold our house within a few days after taking over from another agent who had been poor.. Sarah and Sue (Crawley) took over after the sale was agreed and were fantastic. Sarah was in charge overall of our case, and if she wasn't available, Sue was always there to pick up and suitably knowledgeable about our case. We had a long and complicated chain, including one seller without an agent. She was constantly picking up the phone and chasing, We had some huge issues within the chain during the process and I genuinely feel that without the help of Sarah in particular, (as well as Sue and Damian when required), that the sale and purchase would have fallen through a few times. A great set up and a fantastic team that I highly recommend. A pleasant change from the many agents we have come into contact with over the two years we were searching for a new home. I am also reviewing them from a buyer's perspective, as we looked at a few properties with them before deciding to sell through them and I was always impressed how Damian handled each viewing. I really felt like he was working for us as well, not just for the vendors. I was impressed how he never said anything regarding the houses we were viewing that I would have been unhappy with if I were the seller. We viewed many properties with other agents who were unprofessional about the owners and houses, as well as using revolting tactics. Move Revolution stands for the personal touch and a rare agent you can trust..

Absolutely excellent service. I was and am still being kept up to date on everything that happens and the staff at Airport house have all done their utmost .Chester even changed his day off so that he was able to help Ryan with the huge amount of viewings we had on the first weekend the property went on sale.The house subsequently went under offer in less than week of going live on the internet. I have never felt so relaxed selling a house with such an excellent team driving the sale forward.

Having used another agent to sell my Mum's without much success we employed the services of Move Revolution and Damian Bligh in particular and as soon as we did things started to progress. We soon found a buyer for my Mum's house and also found a new build flat for her to move into. Despite a few hurdles to overcome along the way Damian and the rest of the team at Move Revolution including Zak, Sue and Chris were excellent and very professional. I would strongly recommend Move Revolution to anyone thinking about selling or buying a property.

When my wife and I purchased our new home we used move revolution. Sue was looking after the purchase for us and she couldn't do enough for us. Any question or problems we had she would resolve them for us with great efficiency. Nothing was to small or to big and Sue always kept us up to date with what was going on.
