Hannah Gunn was an absolute gem in my search for a rental property - she was detailed in all her communication with me and extremely fast and efficient in responding to all my queries. I have rented many properties over the years and have never had the pleasure before of working with an agent who was both very good at her job and was personable and pleasant to deal with. I also love my new property and thank Hannah for all her help in what can sometimes be a very stressful process. Due to Hannah this time it was not!!!

Letting out your home is stressful, especially as you are planning an overseas move. Hannah took all that away was on hand for questions , no matter how small. Did a great job with the marketing, pricing advise, maintenance advise and a million other things. Our home rented out in less than 24 hours from being put on the market and nothing was stressful including the contract. We now have Hannah and team as managing agents and no complaints here..

What I initially liked was from that point on I wasn't continually hassled for progress and my decision to either go with Move Revolution or not. Having spent plenty of time chasing estate agents asking to actually see properties during our search, I was running out of hope that I would ever meet someone who either replied to my call or listened to what I was actually looking for. Ryan was a dream from the start; no wet hand shake, not vague fussing of how much the property *might* be on sale for. It's quite possible we've met the only estate agent alive who doesn't wear a shiny suit!!!! Ryan showed us another property as well as the one we had called to view. Unlike many other agents who took us on a tour of practically everything in their books, the second one Ryan took us to was appropriate and gave us a good guide to what our budget and request list would get us in a different area. His contact is timely and not at all overbearing, whilst being professional and useful. He even puts up with our slightly off kilter chatter with a very good natured laugh. At this point in the sale, I would hightly reccomend him. Five gold stars.

Ryan showed us the property and was able to answer our questions both on the day and in subsequent conversations. Once we had submitted and had our offer accepted Ryan continued to stay in touch to ensure that things were progressing as expected. On Completion day Ryan was on hand to deliver our keys to us. Ryan was easy to contact and a pleasure to deal with throughout the process.

Sue Peyton recently helped us to complete on the sale of our flat and purchase of our house. We honestly couldn't have done it without her! It was an extremely stressful situation with complex issues on both sides of the chain. Move Revolution were a dream for me the instant I made my sale enquiry. It was my first sale and Move Revolution (particularly Luke Ball) provided great guidance on the steps that would be taken to sell my property, provided non-stop feedback every step of the way and assisted the process with excellent professionalism. Even with small hiccups during the sale, Move Revolution provided immediate solutions and recommendations and were attentive to my every need (even to the point of standing in for me when gas and electricity engineers visited my property when I couldn't be there). Would definitely deal with Move Revolution again if I were to sell or buy or rent or let. Local agents with service in mind. Many thanks for helping me the past months!
