Our house had been on the market for over a year with several agents and with the exception of one sale that fell through we had very little interest. Adam managed what others couldn't and successfully got us a buyer very close to the asking price and hopefully we will now see a seamless process to completion.

They sold it very quickly and were incredibly helpful and communicative all the way through to completion of a long chain.
