GoogleJust got the keys to our first rental property, Catherine Downs liaised with us while we were going through the application and referencing she has been really helpful with answering all our questions and providing information, super polite and cheery when we spoke on the phone and in person when we collected our keys. GoogleWe have rented this house for 8/9 years and never had a problem with manning stainton. Since Louis has taken management of our property things have been a lot faster and more efficient. He is very polite and always quick at replying to emails and sorting any problems we have.

GoogleI’d like to express our thanks to John and Tom for all their help in getting our flat let out. They quickly got tradesmen in to do painting, carpet fitting and some electrical and plumbing repairs, ready for a new tenant. The whole process has been very speedy, Tom in particular has always been good at keeping us informed of the progress with the tenancy.

FacebookKatarina introduced me to the sales team in Crawley and they have been fantastic from day one in selling my flat. The advice at the start was spot on with how to price and market, the photos were excellent and they got a bucket load of viewings within 4 days. Will highly recommend to anyone.

Google5 Stars service! We have just successfully finished exchange to move into our new First Build Home, with the helping hand of Ryan (Agent), Bethan (Admin) & Abigail (Agent) Holli (Admin) and everyone from Move Revolution. The patience, quality of the homes, show homes, service, help packs, videos, and all the house visits they let us see was more than enough to convert. They work with quality developers so you know the homes are well built. They even helped us with the solicitors, financial advisors and everything you need to start and finish the process swiftly. We saw our home with Ryan in November and now moving in on Feb!!! My wife and I are super happy. Everything is spot on. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for either a New Build, Gov scheme, or more... Thank you Ryan and Team! You are amazing!

GoogleThe Holyhead office made the whole experience from start to finish, very smooth and easy. The photographs showed our home at its best and showed the space and potential, so much so the house sold in 30 minutes for full asking price before it hit the public market!

GoogleFantastic and professional service from start to finish. I was kept up to date by Mathew and Rhys throughout the whole process. I especially loved the photos of my property and had a few comments about how good they were. Whole process took 8 weeks. I would recommend the Holyhead branch for anyone wanting to sell their property

GoogleAn honest estate agent! Once my offer was accepted they ceased other viewings, whereas other agents on the island keep allowing more viewings to try and get a higher price even once an offer is accepted. I was gazumped twice with other properties due to this, prior to finding this house with W&G.
