A huge thank you to the team who were incredible at securing the sale of our Shared Ownership home. We needed to sell quickly due to a previous agent being extremely slack and decided to switch to Money Properties, they didn't disappoint and found us a buyer in a short amount of time. Tracey was our main contact throughout the sale and was really brilliant, keeping us informed at each stage of the process, there to answer any questions we had very promptly and was quick to assist wherever she could. Nothing was ever too much trouble and if she couldn't help there and then, she would always assure us that she would come back to us and kept to her word. We had such a positive experience with Kim throughout the purchase of our first home. She was always friendly, approachable and happy to help, especially during the more stressful parts of the process. Kim kept us updated, helped chase things along when needed and was always willing to answer our questions or find out what was happening further up the chain. We really appreciated how supportive and reassuring she was, particularly towards the end when there were a few delays and we were desperate to get everything over the line. Buying your first home can feel quite overwhelming, so having someone who was easy to contact and genuinely wanted to help made such a difference. The home move box of goodies was also such a lovely surprise and a really thoughtful gesture from Money Properties. We’re really grateful for everything Kim did to help us finally get the keys to our new home and would definitely recommend Money Properties.

My wife and I had an absolutely amazing experience with Money Properties, with a big mention going to Tracey! We attempted to sell our house back in 2024, as we were emigrating to Canada, but the market was in a terrible state and we were unable to secure a buyer. Money Properties helped us rent out house out for 12 months until such time that we tried to sell it again. Once it went back on the market, Money Properties worked tirelessly to eventually get us a buyer.
