GoogleLove our new Miller Homes house - an absolute dream come true - but there are issues with getting the developer to complete items on our snag list. We hired a professional who found 140+ snags nearly a year ago, and to date most are outstanding. Frustratingly, emails are being ignored and it feels silly having to chase a 5-star developer multiple times for even an acknowledgement. This neighbourhood is lovely with good proximity for canal walks, and the train station. It's also walk-able into Stratford upon Avon town but about 30-40 mins depending on your pace and choice of route.

GoogleLovely new homes, thoughtfully designed and beautifully dressed giving plenty of ideas for decor, and a very pleasant site close to all the amenities of Stratford Upon Avon. Great sales staff, too. We were really impressed and hope to be moving in soon!

GoogleBit of a building site at the minute, shame it looks like they are going to pull down the large building which could have been good for flats as there is a call for them in this area, but as the build carries on we will see what happens and change this review to match

GoogleAbsolutely APPALLING ... After putting an deposit down 2 times on a plot and then getting calls saying I need to hurry to sell my house!! Then being forced to try and lower my price of my property! Disgusting service no advice other than sell and sell cheaper! - even whe the plot wouldn't be finished for another SIX months! The joke is on you anyway Miller homes my property has had an offer 25k over than what you said to sell it for!

GoogleThe sales team are pushy and inconsistent agreeing offers well below the asking price to gain a fast completion. Beware agree your price before reserving a plot!!! Or you will be guzumped. The worst part having attempted to buy the property of our choice 3 times each occasion we were out bid despite paying holding deposit which has still not been refunded! Taking the matter to trading standards. Agree an offer and stick to it Miller Homes! Your sales staff are breaking the law.
