GoogleIncredibly dismissive and unprofessional service I visited the marketing suite at Kedleston Grange to inquire about the remaining plots, specifically a 4-bedroom detached home. Unfortunately, the experience was poor from start to finish. The staff seemed disinterested and made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a potential buyer. When discussing my circumstances, mentioning that my current rental ends in June but is flexible, one of the staff members interjected rudely with "What's this about?" in a very condescending tone. Instead of offering solutions or explaining the March completion deadline professionally, they were blunt and dismissive. There was zero attempt at active selling, no mention of alternative sites, and no effort to discuss logistics. It felt as though they decided I wasn't worth their time. I would not recommend this site/company based on the lack of basic customer service.

GoogleFaceless estate and terrible road leading out of the estate nearly broke my suspension quite a drop on some invisible ramp in the road no markings to warn you looks like a JCB rucked up the road

GoogleIncredibly open and friendly when first going to view. Went to Belway who turned their nose up and sent us to Miller Homes. We bought with Miller and we are now experiencing the post purchase customer service. They have been Incredibly supportive and helpful, fixing any snags (minimal) and still greet us with a smile if ever we walk in or past.

GoogleI bought a house through Miller Homes and honestly, the entire experience has been amazing from start to finish. From the moment I started the process, the team were incredibly supportive, responsive, and professional. Any issues that popped up, like a faulty washing machine, it had nothing to do with Miller Homes, but 5 weeks after I informed Electrolux, and 3 Technicians visits. Still wasn’t fixed. But Tiyana stepped in handled quickly and with genuine care. A huge thank you to Tiyana, who went above and beyond to coordinate a replacement machine, Everyone I dealt with, including Director, site manager, sales and other team members, has been fantastic. They’ve made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and positive. I’ve felt looked after the entire time. I’ll absolutely be recommending Miller Homes to friends and family. Thank you for a brilliant experience and for helping make my new home feel like home from day one!

GooglePoor customer service after care, I have moved in since last November and issues still not resolved, tried to do a complaint online but website won't even allow it, raised it with sales team still no response, I would definitely not recommend this developer given how poor they are dealing with after care.
