Tried to organize viewing of some properties over a 3 day trip to the area as we want to move from London. The first agent we talked to was lovely and made it sound like it wouldn’t be an issue, she would get everything sorted, but she never got back to us. We called back a few days later and we were told that none of the agent would be available to show us any of the properties. Meanwhile the houses are empty so it’s not an issue with the tenants and we’re willing to relocate in the next few weeks. Why did the first agent made us feel like it wouldn’t be an issue but then never got back to us about rescheduling?

I recently bought my first home with Miller Evans and I am really impressed with my experience. Zack came with us to view the property, he was very laid back and relaxed and made us feel like we could have the run of the house and take as much time as we needed and he was nice to chat to. I want to say a big thank you to Oliver Sims as he was extremely friendly, his communication between myself and the vendor was very fast and efficient, and he didn’t make me feel silly for all the questions I asked when we had our offer accepted! He was very helpful. Lastly I would like to thank Carla for keeping me in the loop during the last few weeks leading up to completion and being very friendly. My first experience buying a house was more exciting than stressful and I’m very grateful to these guys for their contribution to this. Thank you! :)

A brilliant team from initial viewing/listing til completion. They handled both my sale and purchase and were calm, efficient and compassionate throughout. The process was made harder by me being abroad in the initial stages but they went anove and beyond to get everything rolling. A special mention to Carla Whelton who worked tirelessly and without ( audible) complaint despite the multiple issues! I would not be lying here surrounded by boxes without her! Five star plus.

Phil & I would like to thank Stuart Langley (Partner) and the team at Miller Evans for a very professional and positive customer experience. The staff were very customer focused, queries were dealt within a very timely manner and the sale of the property was completed much earlier than expected. Particular thanks go to Oliver Sims (Sales Negotiator) who worked on our behalf to achieve a very competitive sale price. Also to Carla Whelton (Sales Progression Manager) who was an absolute gem ensuring that matters progressed smoothly to complete the sale.

Attempted to purchase a property. Was NOT the smoothest process. I had to speak to multiple negotiators over the course of a few weeks despite being told I had an ‘assigned’ negotiator. So it was frustrating re-laying the history every time I spoke to someone. Staff were occasionally mildly rude Some negotiators where more helpful than others. One lady was about as helpful as a chocolate tea pot Try to avoid if possible

Excellent service! David Miller and his team were professional and the whole process of selling our home ran smoothly. All issues were dealt with quickly, calmly and we were given appropriate advice at every stage. The photographer was very careful and took beautiful pictures. The relationship between estate agent and solicitors (ours and theirs) was clear and reassuring. We can’t thank you enough and would highly recommend using this estate agent
