GoogleWe recently sold our house through Miller Evans and had a really smooth, positive experience from start to finish. The team were friendly, professional and always easy to get hold of when we had questions. We felt supported throughout the whole process and really appreciated their clear communication and guidance. Would definitely recommend!

GoogleWhether you’re selling or buying a new property, in our experience, you can’t go far wrong with Miller Evans in Shrewsbury. We found their level of customer support highly professional, friendly and supportive. All our dealings with the company (and Jayne in particular) were 100% positive and we felt they offered a great level of service throughout the process.

GoogleWe tried different agents in town and by far Miller Evans were our favourite. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and on the ball, but special thanks for great service to Danielle and Will. We have recommended Miller Evans to all our friends. If you are torn between which agent to use, some of the other business in town were snooty and arrogant, while Miller Evans genuinely cared and went the extra mile.

GoogleOur whole experience with Millar Evans was wonderful from start to finish! They were always helpful, listened to us and always did their best to accommodate our needs! They were friendly but very professional and our sale went smoothly from start to finish. Jane Christmas and Will Millar were particularly helpful and made sure that everything went along as it should! I would definitely use them again as they built our confidence in the company and we always felt we were in safe hands. Thank you but particularly to Jane, she was a star!

GoogleFrom a very professional first appointment with Will, it went downhill. In the initial brochure the agreed price was wrong, some edits to photographs I asked for were missed, room measurements were wrong, the description of my house as an end terrace was wrong, it was a mid terrace etc. I gave them the opportunity to correct all these errors in the second brochure, some were corrected, but not all. Consequently I did not feel confident in asking them to market my house.

GoogleViewed property, applied, never heard anything back. Chased it up, never got a response to that either. On another occasion I was told I couldn't view a property because the viewings were full - so I asked to apply for it anyway 'oh sorry you can't apply for a property you haven't viewed'. So all in all just a massive waste of time.

GoogleExcellent service & support throughout our purchase of our new home which can be an extremely stressful time the support & advice given helped us so much as 1st time buyers. We dealt with Carla who has made us definitely want to return to Miller Evans with any future sales. We had difficult delays within our sale however the team put our house on hold for our peace of mind so we had no added stress of another buyer. Highly recommend 👍

GoogleI had an unexpectedly good experience with Miller Evans. Moving into a new place can be stressful, but they made the process hassle-free. Inventory report was incredibly on point, even gave me a print out so made it easy for me to double check. They were also quite responsive, even arranging a contractor to fix some minor issues in the flat i moved into (without me raising them or asking for it first) and patiently answering all my silly questions (even the small ones about how to use the heating, stove and bins). Their professionalism and attention to detail exceeded my expectations, especially since I had a negative experience with my previous agent, I appreciated their good work all the more since I'd lost faith in Estate agents in general

GoogleExcellent estate agents. Superb. I normally think estate agents in generally are quite poor, but this was a really really good house purchase. They are never without problems here and there with the seller etc but everything was handled amazingly and professionally by the crew. Really easy to contact them, kept us informed, keen to help us move forward quickly (we had a buyer set up for our old house so needed to move asap). Super transparent - we never felt like they had a hidden agenda or were just trying to push anything. Everything was just spot on. Can't recommend them enough. Cheers everyone. UPDATE: We ended up speaking with the seller of the property (we bought) and they also had nothing but positive things to say. So can vouch for both sides buying and selling.
