The absolute worste experience I've ever had in a tenancy. I've been hassled by mike rogerson since day one and they've contributed to exacerbating and ongoing medical condition by adding further stress through nothing but sheer selfishness and greed. I suppose if your only concern is making a fast few quid then that's exactly what you want but dealing with the aftermath of a tenancy that's gone badly wrong due to mismanagement and naivety they're not going to tell you that. They're not pointing out the property they're selling you needs thousands spent on it and is directly behind a nightclub, and the neighbours like to make noise complaints at the same time as being noise complaints. I'd love to be able to say they've made me sick but in fairness I was ill already they've just made me worse. I think If I'd found out how this company had managed my property I'd be sueing them for my money back.

When our first purchase fell through, they immediately identified another suitable property, which we subsequently purchased. Their communication has been outstanding throughout, and I really feel like they went the extra mile to look after us.

GoogleI would just like the staff at Bedlington branch for the service I received in the sale of my mother's house they took photos on a Friday morning and posted online at 5 pm got a call at lunchtime with an offer for the asking price which I accepted.cant get better than that Also was updated throughout the 6 weeks to exchange . excellent servi ce.useing again next month 👍👍

When the solicitor was difficult to get hold of for an update, the staff at Mike Rogerson would always do chasing on our behalf. Very polite and efficient, we’ve been very pleased with their service.
