AMAZING TEAM IN BEDLINGTON OFFICE: We have recently moved from Essex to Northumberland. The Bedlington team at Mike Rogerson has quite simply been amazing. As previous landlords for 15+years, and as tenants before as well, we were delighted and impressed by the quality of the letting service from this team. Special shout out to Emily, Nicole and Stuart. Truly. From our first call and negotiations with Emily, viewing with Stuart to receiving the keys from Nicole, all have been was amazing, super helpful, diligent, and cheerful. We had small windows to complete this process and they were wonderfully considerate of our long distance and work schedules.  And they have been equally helpful giving us local insight as well.  Thank you team Bedlington.  It’s really appreciated.

From the first phone call to get a valuation, meeting Stuart who was knowledgeable about the area and realistic about the asking price, viewings booked within 24 hours of going on the market with two full asking price offers thereafter. Even when the original sale fell through the girls were upbeat about getting another offer. They weren't wrong. Contact was maintained throughout the whole sale process to completion. Thoroughly recommended!

After 45 years in the same property, Emily and Nicole were both very helpful in guiding us through the sale of our house. Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble to them. Kept in touch with us by email and phone calls. Highly recommended.

We would highly recommend Mike Rogerson Bedlington. We were secured a buyer really quickly for our late mother's property. The whole process was stress free. The office staff, Nicole and Emily were extremely helpful, nothing was a problem to them. The property brochure done by Stuart was very professional which instigated lots of viewings and initiated a sale within 4 days.

Genuinely couldn’t thank Mike Rogersons enough from the first phone call to view our home to putting in our offer and our second viewing etc they were always happy to help! The estate agents that showed us around the property were also very kind and helpful. However I do want to give a special shoutout to Lauren when we were struggling to find a solicitor she hopped on the case offered us support and help to secure an amazing solicitors she is a credit to the company and can't thank her and the ashington team enough!

Having researched a number of estate agents and received valuations. Mike Rogers on were the only ones who assessed the house and gave me an expected and realistic valuation. Others just looked at the most recent sales in the locale and priced accordingly. Everyone wants the best price possible but the others were talking £20k less. I went with Mike Rogers on who took photos, produced a sales pack, placed it on the market and sent me viewings. The house sale was agreed in two days at the asking price without any aggravation and we completed on 15th December 2025. Great friendly, helpful and professional service. I have no problem in recommending them.
