GoogleI cannot express how delighted I have been with Mantons estate agents. Rosina Sheaf helped me sell my property in Barton and she was the most professional agent I have dealt with. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she knew all there was to know throughout the whole transaction. It would be wonderful to get service like hers in every area of business.

I brought a house through Mantons and they were extremely professional and eased all my worries. They made the process feel so easy and even when there was a delay they kept me informed and updated. The whole process took around 3 months and I really wanted to say thanks to Nicole and Leah who were the most professional, but also understanding and patient with me when ever I called them and answered all my questions.. if I ever buy a house again I’ll be sure to go with Mantons again..!

GoogleOh my word!! What an easy and a great experience we had, selling our property through Mantons Estate Agents!! We had the pleasure of dealing with Rosina Sheaf and Ian Manton. We found them to be friendly, very knowledgeable and very experienced with the whole process of the sale. Rosina was able to advise and guide us through everything we wanted and needed to know from start to finish!! Even on the phone, whole team were very polite and helpful passing on the messages and receiving the call backs! So if you’re seriously looking to sell (or to buy) a property, please, do not waste your time and money looking at other Agents!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

GoogleAbsolutely pathetic and unprofessional behaviour from their staff. I booked a viewing and call them twice for confirmation if the viewing is ok, they did all the eligibility checks and affirmed me for the viewing. When I was on the train to Luton they called me to say sorry we have to cancel it as you are not eligible for this house. Please beware of this agency and their irresponsible and unapologetic staff
