From the first meeting Ian was patient & understanding in what I wanted to get from the sale of my home. I was always notified of viewings & members of the team were accommodating when it came to access of the keys & the property. They took the time to give me feedback on viewings & advice when it came to offers. This was a sensitive sale & they always made me feel heard. This is the third time in as many years I have used Manton's, it was a probate sale relating to my parents house and fair to see not the easiest of transactions. On three occasions the property fell through albeit not in anyway the fault of the Manton team. All told the house took nearly a year to complete, throughout this time they were super professional, very re-assuring and available throughout. There were many difficult conversations with Tommy Fletcher, Sales Consultant was impressed with his calm and composed manor especially as always he responded within the timelines he committed to. Not every sale goes to plan however the measure of a god team is when you are constantly informed and kept across the comms and the detail even if isn't what you always want to hear.

I really like Mantons. I first came into contact with them when I bought my apartment five years ago, when they acted for the seller. They are a small local agent with a very professional, no-BS, staff who all do a fantastic job. I automatically went to them when it came to selling the apartment recently; they found a buyer quickly, and the whole process went through very smoothly. However, and the reason this is not a five star review, although their website specifies a 0.8% fee, I was rather taken aback to learn, just before signing their contract, that "we charge a flat fee for leaseholds", which in most cases for Luton apartments will work out to be more expensive. This is not mentioned on their website and I think, in the interest of transparency, should be. That aside, thank you to everyone at Mantons for your wonderful service. I would recommend Mantons without hesitation and would use them again.
