GoogleLovett's sold our house in Streethay for us. From the initial valuation to advertising the property to completion, we had excellent service. They sold the property in a couple of days and followed through with all parties in a professional and pro active fashion. We would recommend Lovett's to others.

GoogleI have sold a couple of houses with Lovetts and bought with them too and have always been impressed with them. They do really good pictures and the sales team were very helpful. Overall they are excellent value for money.

GoogleThe team at Lovett&Co Lichfield have been astounding at getting the sale to go through. A special thank you to Hayley and Sandra, as I believe without you two, the sale and purchase would not of gone through when it did, and also liaising between other estate agents and solicitors throughout the chain impacted greatly to get the result we all wanted. I don’t plan to sell my home now I’m here, but if I did, I would definitely use Lovett&Co Lichfield branch. Thank you!

GoogleI'm so pleased that I decided to engage Lovett & Co to help me sell my dear dad's bungalow. Your extremely friendly & dedicated staff were excellent, right from the start, when I requested a valuation for Probate purposes. True to your word, you advised & updated me throughout every stage. On a personal note, I would like to say "thankyou", once again, to Sandra & convey to her, my sincere gratitude for all her constant & reassuring support during the process of finalising the successful sale of my dad's property. I sincerely hope that all your other clients also, appreciate her dedication & hard work (& also that of her colleagues) to provide a faultless, excellent service! THE BEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER USED!! Best wishes & kind regards to you all. Maggie.

GoogleMine was a difficult sale and even more difficult onward purchase. Sandra Irving, was an absolute star throughout. She liaised tirelessly with solicitors acting on both sides of the transaction and kept me sane on more than one occasion; and was always professional and pragmatic. Well done for finally pushing this stop start sale through.
