GoogleLovett and co have been a fab agency to buy through, we wish we had chosen them to sell through! Unlike the agent we sold through Lovett and co have been brilliant! They have been thorough from the start - discovering that our selling agents hadn’t done a good job with getting the full chain details and keeping us updated throughout - weekly in fact. Sandra in particular has been brilliant in giving full chain updates enabling us to chase any actions and ensure we can exchange and complete in a good timeframe. Our biggest lesson to share with anyone - choose an agent like Lovett who commit to allocated dedicated sale progression leads. Thank you Sandra and team.

GoogleI wish there was a to write review without giving even one star. Myself and my mortgage advisor are treated so poorly by one staff from their team, I don’t want to blame everyone here it was just one female employee. Our offer was accepted by the seller on Armitage House Flat this week, I forwarded all documents and paid fee for id verification , my Mortgage advisor asked for some information from this staff member to proceed further. On first day she agreed to send all that, second day refused to provide any of that information and 3 rd day started saying you’re lenders won’t lend on this property. She was insisting me to use their Mortgage Broker, I refused so she made everything so hard for us we just ended up taking our offer back. I just wish that the seller finds out about what exactly happened and why his flat is not being sold, the flat is not the problem it’s the agent who is dealing with it. Second day I was hoping to speak with different staff, but she didn’t let me speak with the person who actually tried to call me and left voice message and even gave her name. It was such a bad experience, now I don’t even want to book any viewing appointment for any of the property advertised by them.

GoogleThe team at Lichfield office have been the most proactive and helpful Estate Agents I have ever dealt with. They provide a regular email that shows progress on the house chain and actively 'push' other agents on progressing the purchase/sale. They also provided the best house valuation figure from 5 other local agents and achieved a sale value very close to the original asking price. Obviously a very happy team with excellent customer service.

GoogleSo I used them as a purchaser and recently as a seller and they were brilliant! Every week they would update on the progression of the sale and they actively pushed things through for me. When my solicitor couldn’t get hold of the other side solicitors they always could! Definitely worth the fee! Fully recommend

GoogleWe had an offer accepted on a property which they then kept on market without us knowing despite us sending all our documents and proof of finance. I found out 5 days after our offer was accepted by ringing them that another offer had been made despite them being aware I had arranged a survey and architects. That offer was accepted so we had to quickly find somewhere else or our sale would fall through. We are still looking. No apologies nothing. Don't use them.
