Throughout our buying process Linden Homes’ staff have been very helpful and supportive. From the sales representatives to the site managers on the development we were treated with care and given fantastic treatment. Sales representatives were very helpful and fast to respond to any questions and have accommodated all our queries and supported us where we weren’t sure. Denice and Dan are exemplary sales professionals and have made what could easily be a stressful buying process a total joy and always left my partner and I with smiles on our faces. Can not recommend Linden homes enough for either their homes or theirs fantastic customer service.

This builder shows no consideration for site safety. The front doors of near-finished houses in Boorley Park are left wide open and there are big gaps in the fences. Almost every weekend teenagers go onto the site, inside (sold) houses, up unsecured scaffolding, ... This shows very little respect for the customers who spend a lot of money on these houses.

My daughter bought a home about 2012 in Burgess Hill. After she bought the home, about a year later, Linden told her they were taking back some of her garden as the fence builders made a mistake. After a lengthy and costly legal process, my daughter bought her own land back!Caution! Do not buy a Linden home. They will try to take your garden back. Vile company.con artists.

Amazing! Despite having been in my house for well over 2 years (and apart from a few little snags in the beginning which were sorted straight away, I have had no further issues, great build and finish quality) and all the houses on the estate finished some time ago, I got in touch with David Tinsley, Sales Consultant, who is now working at another site. I have an issue on the site, which is actually nothing to do with Linden Homes, however, as always, David has gone above and beyond to help and find who I need to speak to. Fiona Willis from the Customer Service department has also been in touch with me to help. So, even when all building has finished and there are no Linden Homes staff on site, they are still happy to help. Outstanding Linden Homes, thank you!

We had a fantastic experience buying from Linden homes, at Edwalton Fields. Mora our sales consultant couldn’t have been more helpful, took us through every stage and kept us informed. Our Site manager Billy made sure that every detail was taken care of and they both made us feel valued . The build quality is great, yes there were a few minor snags, but nothing more than you’d expect buying a new home but were put right straight away. I would have no hesitation in recommending anyone to buy a house at Edwalton Nottm.

Please do not purchase a house from Linden as they not only wait 4 years to fix something but then actually make out that you are a liar and tell you that they never did intend to fix the issue.
