GoogleThese houses are not built to last the frames will not last longer than 90 years beem told this by the company that delivers them .. the bedrooms are built just to the 1985 legal size standard not the NDSS new build standard. This is a sham company putting up house that are poorly designed and badly built. Anyone wants a tour more than happy to oblige. New builds not up to standards. They have built houses that are only 85m² and labelled them as 3 bed 5 person house when the room sizes are as follows 4.8m² apparently this is a single and can fit a full adult bed in it a wardrobe a desk and have enough floor space to move about obviously not they haven't even built the house up to the 2007 LDF framework standards planning permission was granted for they cant even build them within the confides of the law. They think an 8.8m² room is a double yep they think 2 adults a double bed and furniture can fit in here. It cant. They did manage to build 1 room to a legal standard 10.5m² just 30cm² above the Legal requirement for a double. Do your research before buying any houses from phase 1 and phase 2 builds as they are substandard houses. These houses are substandard and I have proof of the whole scandal

GoogleAbsolutely appalling. Shoddy building quality, diabolical customer service from Simple Life, and gardens with grass that won't go as the builders basically dumped loads of waste materials beneath the homes and gardens making the environment too toxic; Charging around £1,000 per month for a 3 bed house in Redcar. When you try to leave, they will try and steal your deposit and charge you around £12 to tighten a screw on a toilet seat. It won't be long before there is government intervention with this company. Avoid at all costs, it is not worth it.
