GoogleBuying a new build house when one lives 350 miles away is difficult but Matt made it easier with regular emails and phone calls.When he was elsewhere Doryenna took over and maintained the same high standard.Langs were great for the whole 9 months to completion and I am very greatful.

GoogleThis was my first ever experience with a sale of house, and all rather daunting but the whole experience has been so straightforward. Gemma was my negotiator, very calm approach and reassuring and knowledgeable, when ever I had to ask for assistance nothing was too much trouble. Gemma and Abigail kept me in the picture at all times and Gemma guided me through the tricky processes of a house sale, a few issues arrose but quickly delt with as a result a completion in 3 months. If you have any doughts using Lang Town & Country then don't, ok there not a big outlet but they make up for it by using a major platform in selling your property and pack a punch just as much as the big corporate agents do but with a more personal touch I feel. GoogleBuy To Let Management - I am really happy with the service that Lang Town and Country Lettings provide, from finding potential tenants to the month to month maintenance of my property. The lettings team are always upbeat and easy to communicate with, and are always available to chat to either via email or phone. Most importantly the team action any jobs that need doing promptly and effectively. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a company to comprehensively manage their Buy To Let property or portfolio.

GoogleI am very grateful for the exceptional service and support provided by Paul and his team at Lang Town & Country Plymstock during the recent sale of our house. A potentially complicated process was made much smoother and successful by their professionalism, efficiency and expertise. The team all demonstrated a very high level of commitment and competence and showed excellent in-depth knowledge of the real estate market. We dealt with Natalie, Kat and Carla and they were all very helpful; the clearly effective communication between their team was instrumental in helping to ensure a trouble-free and efficient sale. Overall responsibility for the sale was managed extremely capably by Holly. She ensured that throughout every stage we felt very supported and well-informed. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed very promptly. Her always calm, cheerful guidance was invaluable and we particularly appreciated the transparency and quick communication with which she approached every aspect of the selling process. Her help gave us confidence and peace of mind, knowing that we were in capable hands. Paul’s Plymstock team's expertise, prompt responsiveness and willingness to go the extra mile sets them apart and I strongly recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable and estate agency.
