Great overall experience with Lang Town & Country - both the lettings side and residential sales. I am immensely impressed with the continued contact that the Lang teams have provide. Providing me with a personal email address for Mr Rabin has helped me become 'in the know' with any up and coming properties that are instructed on the market. They personalise their contact and make you feel like you are the only person looking for a property. Although the lettings team were helpful and friendly while out on viewings, myself and my boyfriend decided we would like to buy. The team were helpful in pointing me in the direction of the Sales Team who contacted me immediately. We are first time buyers and felt happy and calm when dealing with the team. We are now in the process of buying a property with Bradley's estate agents but we both wish we were buying with Lang.

We recently sold our 2 bedroom apartment with Lang Town and Country, after being so impressed by the excellent service that they provided a relative. From the start, they were diligent, professional and friendly, we were impressed with the quality of their work and their efficiency. As it turned out, our transaction was a drawn out one and we were often faced with issues that felt overwhelming at the time. They were always on the end of the phone to provide practical solutions and moral support, and if needed, someone would come out to us or meet us in person without hesitation. This company leave the competitors in their wake. Prior to selling I visited every agent in my home town to discuss their business procedures and costs and really ask ‘why should I sell via them’. From the first encounter it was apparent LTC were head and shoulders above the rest . The disparity between agents is phenomenal with some well known agents being down right dire. In mine and my wife’s opinion one person stood out amongst a pretty amazing team with Olivia being solely responsible for finding us our dream home. Despite rejecting many newly listed properties Olivia was relentless in searching for a property that suited our needs. She listened to what we wanted and delivered. We personally found her extremely professional with a slick courteous manner. Her presentation , photographs description of our property for sale resulted in 16 viewings booked in the first 3 days , over 900 hits on the website and the property selling for full asking price on day two. I can not recommend this company enough and if you doubt me - try for yourself. Thank you Olivia , Thank you Lang Town and Country.

We recently bought and sold through Lang Town & Country (Plymstock Branch) and the service we received was superb. They sold our flat within a couple of weeks of going on the market and hand held us through the purchase of our new house. After a long search we found our dream home though Lang Town & Country. We really appreciated the extra lengths every member of the Plymstock office went too find out answers to our many questions. Nothing was too much trouble. The Photographs & floor plans portrayed an accurate description of our property. I can't believe that some estate agents still promote properties with poor images while others do not even offer simple floor plans!!!
